Worst customer service by Manager Devonte. An hour before they closed and was told to come back tomorrow because he “rebooted the system”. He did not even look at our account just asked one question if we had our SIM cards? And yes we did. He didn’t even come out of the back office he told a worker to ask. Their was only one other customer there! TERRIBLE.

I never write reviews but my experience at this store has caused me 2 months of constant calls to TMobile to get the issue fixed. I have been a customer of Tmobile for 20 years now and had never had an issue until now. I went in to get a new sim card for my old iphone and Brandon the store manager and his coworker convinced me to get trade in my iphone for a 12. After hesitation from my part because I didn't want to pay more than I already was because I work hard for my money, Brandon told me several times TMobile would give me full credit for the new Iphone. Let me just say my intention was never even to get a new phone, I was perfectly fine with my previous phone. A month later I'm being charged 80 % of the phone by Tmobile and I have yet to get the error fixed. Beware going to this location, you will get scammed. Very sad they do this to loyal customers. Disappointed. Two months later and I'm still having to make calls to customer service.

Kudos to this T-Mobile store! Store Manager Brandon Ramsey went far beyond the call of duty to help fix my cell phone issues!I don't live in this area but this store will be getting my business from here on out.

Absolutely not! Evening store Manager needs to be let go ASAP. You do not call the police over your feelings being hurt all because a customer told you how to do your job when you didn't offer options or help. What he asked you to do was confirmed by the T-Mobile Customer service rep as a legitimate solution to the issue at hand. Yet you decide to call the police because the client told you you wasted their time AND ASKED YOU NOT TO ARGUE WITH THEM? Yet, you INSISTED on arguing? You indeed wasted his time AND money. T-MOBILE owners roll back the cameras on 10/1 listen and observe. That is not how you handle ANY customer.

This is the first time I have ever been moved to leave a review for any business. I had quite possibly the worst customer service experience at this location. I would only recommend this location if your idea of a good time is being hit with mysterious double charges, and having to spend about 3 weeks and ~13 hours on calls with various reps/support, as they endlessly send you running in circles without actually solving the problem. So, if you enjoy listening to hold music, wasting time and money, then this place is going to blow your mind.

My grandpa asked for me to write this review for him.I’ve literally walked in this store at least 3 or more times in the last few days. I’m 78 years old and Have trouble sending emails, pictures and copying messages. Diana has helped me every single time and not once did she seem annoyed by me. I’m forever grateful for her kindness. Thank you Diana for excellent customer service.

If you go to this T-Mobile make sure Diana or Angel help you! Both helped me troubleshoot my phone but we we’re having problems. I ended up deciding to upgrade and I love my new phone!

I came to the store after I lost my phone and both Zac and Vida were incredibly helpful & knowledgeable regarding insurance, icloud backup, temporary phone solutions, and similarly priced upgrade options & plans. I'd highly recommend this store!

Only the best work at T-Mobile Ste. 150 on Gaston Ave. Miguel and Beatriz was very helpful in everyday and very nice. Considerate and patient with us connecting our new devices.

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for almost 20 years and am a 77 year old Senior Citizen who is not so savvy with electronics in general. Today I had the best Customer Service I have ever had anywhere!! Associates Jonathan and Vida at the White Rock Lake store in Dallas we so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and personally helpful in explaining my new phone to me and answering all my questions with much patience. These two young people are true assets to T-Mobile and I will certainly refer anyone that asks to them. Very satisfied and thankful for their help.

Vida and Brianna were amazing with their customer service skills! The store is clean and the service I received from Vida and Brianna was excellent. They were super helpful and friendly and made the unpleasant experience of having to replace a busted iPhone as lovely as possible. ????????

Osi, the manager, was wonderful. Went above, and beyond customer service standards. Everything was explained in depth, and actually made me feel great about my purchase. The Manager, And employees here do care about your well being as a customer, and will answer the most difficult, and quixotic questions imaginable. It's an experience I will not forget, and as well Cherish.
