Worst customer service ever the girl with the curly hair didn’t even bother helping she just stared at us blankly don’t even bother coming here to waste your time if I could Id give it zero stars. And next time don’t lie to your customers about something they can’t do because I certainly Can and I saw it on T-Mobile’s website.

I went in this morning to order a tablet replacement because mine has been having issues with it over heating, which I had addressed with someone from tech support last week. They told me to come in to any branch store to order a replacement after my payment arrangement had been taken care of. So this morning when I went into the store, the female employee immediately asks me if I have a mask since I'm not wearing one or if I'm vaccinated. I reply that I'm vaccinated but I reach in my pocket for my mask because I don't have the vax card on me, no problem. Then I tell her what my issue is and she says, "who did you talk to and when?" I tell her and it seems as if maybe she's looking through notes to see if she can find that conversation, which I wasn't aware they can do that. After about 4 minutes she says, "the system is not letting me do it because your account is delinquent". I told her it's not "delinquent" I just got done with the payment arrangement plan. But I already see the negative disposition she is displaying as an amployee and I am in no mood to argue with a female. So a few hours later, I go to the location on Coit road and within 5 minutes the gentleman has ordered me a tablet replacement that will arrive in 1-2 days at the most. As long as I have been with T-mobile, 15+ years, I have received for the most part excellent service, whether in person or on the phone. Until today that is, that lady was such a jerk and really showed no respect for a long-standing customer such as myself.

Barely got in the front door & got yelled at from across the store to wear a mask or leave. Asked if there was another store nearby & they said all stores require masks. Left to find a mask, came back & stood in line only to be told "I should wait until Father's Day to get a new phone so I don't have to buy out my phone." I told him that I finished out my lease & am eligible for upgrade or to switch my phone (like I do every year) & that my microphone went out so I need a new phone TODAY. He then told me 3 out of 5 iPhones were out of stock & to try another store. Sitting at the next location now, massless & they have all the phones.

Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend Edgar, who was understanding of what I wanted to accomplish and even worked overtime to ensure my phone transfers were resolved.

Josselin was very helpful when activating my phone. There was a couple issues from my end but she was very patient and understanding, making sure I could get my phone activated as quick and easy as possible. Great service and would come back to this location

I’ve been a customer for 20+ years. Just upgraded my phone at this location and they are AWESOME! Carlos was the rep that took care of me. Bernie, the store manager was also engaged making sure I was taken care of! This is the reason why I stay with Sprint!!

You rock thank for saving my life when things were rough and I thank you guy’s for someone needed a phone, I am humble to have Bernie and Alfonso they are great reps they really care about there customers, I was in panic and I really needed a phone and he came up with an idea and now I have a phone with a brand spanking new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I don’t really care about the gig I only care about having a phone so if you really want to see these to work at it coming to the store.

Bernie and Alfonso, were a great help! Super HELPFUL! They did not even get credit for my sale as I purchased it online. I cannot recommend these gentlemen and this store enough.

Bernie is the best manager , service sales person I have dealt with since I’ve have owned my iPad and cell phone . His customer service skills are A plus with a great attitude ,very patient , with me and I highly recommend the sprint store at Monfort and LBJ and ask for Bernie.
