I stopped here for something to eat, since I wanted something healthy. I went over to the sandwich/deli area and like 10 employees were there, but all ignored me. I walked by three times. Finally, one lady made her way to the counter. I ordered a sandwich and she took her sweet time gathering ingredients for a simple-ass chicken salad sandwich. Even got the order wrong, I asked for tomatoes but she put lettuce instead. Anyway, I was so tempted to just walk out, but I was starving and tired. It took about 10 minutes for the sandwich to be made. Worst experience!

This store has the most incredible staff I have ever had experience with - I have been to other Sprouts, with great service and product - but this staff from the Manager down actually CARE. I appreciate the attention given to me and my purchases while in their store. I will never shop at another Sprouts!

We had a wonderful experience with customer service from the cashier attendant Mahogany. She went above and beyond to ensure we got the item we looked for and was so wonderful to the other guests in line. She ran to help a customer who was carrying a heavy basket to check her out the moment she saw her. This lady needs recognition for wonderful service and attitude. Promotion here she comes! Haha!

Went through 4 carts, before I finally got a decent cart. Seat belts were either broken/ missing & carts were not working properly. So frustrating taking my baby in and out thinking the next cart should be fine. Also, I’m not sure if they have cart wipes. I may walked passed it not noticing because I’m just trying to finally get my groceries, after playing musical chairs. But if they don’t already, they should offer them.

Every wine in the store is $3-$12 over priced. A bottle of Decoy retails for $18. It's $30 here. A bottle of layerCake cab retails for $13. It's $20 here. Do not buy your wine here.

First of all, this Sprouts is located in a not so great neighborhood. Not ghetto or anything, just grimy and not fun to walk to from the bus stop. If you’re driving you may not care or notice

I have to say, of all the grocery stores I go to (kroger, trader joe's, walmart), the staff at check out are the most friendly people. For sure that has increased my loyalty to this store. There is no self-checkout, but don't miss them here. Compared to all the above, produce is great. I'm vegan so they do have a few brands here that I can't get at the above stores. Now if they'd just get Beyond Burgers! :-)

I stopped coming to sprouts a few years back due to terrible customer service and today, I decided to give it another try. Clearly the customer service hasn’t changed. People stocking shelves were rude and would stand in the way of items you needed even after saying “excuse me” multiple times. Two employees stood blocking an aisle entrance and completely ignored me when I asked to get by. The cashier Lotoya was absolutely awful. I had items that required me to know the plu but there were no pens or pencils to write with so I had to know them by memory. I kept having to run back to the aisle to check the code and she snapped on me and said “that’s why you’re supposed to write them down.” I told her their were no writing utensils and she should have her manager deal with that. After my card was approved and the receipt printed she very literally stood there staring into space until I asked her for my receipt.

Not sure why people are complaining about the staff. Now Sprouts is our main grocery store, not only because of the amazing organic selection but the hard-working, efficient staff. Never had any rude experiences, everyone greets you very nicely, I don't expect staff to be flashing smiles all the time. They have answers to your questions, get people out the door quickly, and stock shelves with correct price info. Can't ask for more than that. I got some unsolicited tips during my check out but was knowledge gained so I appreciated that. Thank you for good service and good management!

We love shopping at the Sprouts off Henderson in Dallas TX! Ashley & Eric the manager at the store go over the top to make the customer satisfied. Ashley was so patience with me on chosen a protein drink along with two other customers! That was trying the protein drinks with me. Thanks for giving us the best customer service and we will be back to shop with your store!!!

Great variety of healthy food options. Some visits turn into an adventure of discovering new foods, homeopathic remedies, teas, etc. If you are looking for some different healthy food options give Sprouts a visit.

Thanks sprouts you bagged my salad in a plastic bag so when I got home it's totally turned upside down and a piece of mess

$3.99/lb walnuts would normally be 5 stars for me, until I saw this one. Spider web stuff and black specs, guessing some kind of bug.

My fav sprouts! Super friendly staff too! They always have good coupons and everything in stock.

I would happily give the food items available 5 stars. It's the employees here that bring this store down and keep me away due to their unfriendliness and uncaring attitude. I used to be a big customer at their Boar's Head deli counter but I've switched to Kroger for those same Boar's Head food items. I just got tired of asking for 1/2 pound of cheese or meats and receiving almost a whole pound. Same as when asking for 1/4 pound of something and getting a 1/2 pound or more. And then there are those loooooooong lines at checkout. Sometimes there are only 2 people checking out almost 10 customers waiting. So, outside of a (very) few items I like to buy at Sprout's, I'll stick to Trader Joe's. Customer appreciation is a "religion" there.

This evening I arrived at the store at 10pm, saw employees still working the parking lot gathering carts, and that a register was still open with a line. I approached the door asking if I could get the one item I needed, dog food for my hungry pets because I had run out. The employee express it "wasn't her problem". I understand but her behavior was really rude. I explained I was a regular customer and would be contacting the manager there about how she was talking. She explained she was the manager. I pointed out she had a boss somewhere and I'd be contacting them.

I live in Florida but just went shopping at Sprouts during a recent visit. I must say, I could move to Texas, shop at Sprouts and never miss a Publix (my local supermarket). Sprouts had a lot of easy prepared meals to grab if you didn't feel like cooking. A salad bar, a trail mix area, even fresh squeezed juices, A bakery and a sub station. They had a ton of organic, gluten free options too. This place rocks!! Hello Sprouts, good bye Publix!

One time I was at the register with some chicken and the lady running the register commented to the bagger about how she can't understand why people pay so much for chicken when they can just go to Church's instead. Hey, whatever. We all have our preferences right? My boyfriend went in the next time to pick up some sausage and asked them what they recommended. The butcher replied with, "I wouldn't eat anything in this place." I feel uneasy about getting my groceries from them now.

I am so close to this store, it's ridiculous I don't shop here. If I'm doing a quick run, I'll opt for Trader Joe's or Fiesta before Sprouts even registers as an option. Their lines are consistently slow, and the employees are not friendly or even remotely engaged with customers. I know working is a bummer, but many of us have to do it. Stopping a personal conversation with a coworker to force, "Have a good day" out of your mouth isn't going to keep folks coming back. The work ethic/pride in your job is lacking at this Sprouts. I feel I've given this place enough chances. Unless they revamp staff and morale, I'll shop elsewhere.

I never get good service from the check out line. NEVER. This couldn't be more disappointing as it's our neighborhood grocery store and has some of our favorite items. Price is always competitively low and the guys that restock are always pleasant. ALWAYS. Today's encounter unfortunately triggered a bad seed forever here. I understand everyone has bad days and even days we just don't want to work but you don't get to take that out on customers when you work on the front lines in a store of any kind. I was yelled at and had things thrown on the conveyer belt in front of me. Embarrassed by a full store I could only bite my tongue and continue to try to make my trip worth the while. Sprouts really needs to re-evaluate their cashiers here, you guys are bound to lose customers to friendly happier supermarkets like Trader Joe's. Unless I absolutely have to come here again I thinks I'm done with Sprouts on Henderson. Make a change, your customers will appreciate you for it. I'll miss your herbs and bulk bins but I'm happy to drive to the places that won't give me attitude and treat me so poorly.

The organic and healthy food is actually really cheap compared to Whole Foods, but this sprouts wasn't clean outside. And they were restocking items so it was congested on the inside

Not a huge fan of Sprouts. Maybe it's the location but only one staff member was helpful and asked me if I needed help when I was looking for a specific product. I ended up leaving after I asked another employee for help looking for a veggie I couldn't find. Instead of helping or saying they didn't carry it, he said that I "shouldn't be too lazy." I checked and may have missed it or maybe they just don't have it. It was just a question but he decided to be rude. I should try a different Sprouts but I'm disappointed because this place is near my job and so convinient. I'll just keep going to Trader Joe's since it's not that far away.

I come here for the selection and prices. I prefer this Sprouts to Trader Joe's and definitely to Kroger for buying groceries. The produce selection is much better than TJ's. Some things are cheaper, some are not. I am never disappointed in the avocados at Sprouts, real talk. I try to time my visits to Sprouts for Wednesdays since you can get twice the sale offers. There have been a few times that the seafood market runs out of the deals. The employees are always friendly and professional. I've had issues with the Sprouts app or coupons not working properly, which isn't their fault, and they are always very patient in helping me.

Always a really diverse selection of fresh, organic and healthy foods. They have weekly specials on tons of stuff. Their fruits a veggies are really fresh and some of their bulk fruits and veggies are already put into 1lb sacks for easy shopping. Huge bulk dry goods section, however the prices on nuts, seeds, granola, etc., seem a little steep to me. I bought an eggplant, spinach, and bell peppers for maybe $4 an made an awesome $15 dinner!

Food on food on food. It's as if I'm inside of a grocery store. Prices are reasonable like a Brazilian hooker. Just watch out for the dairy aisle guy, he'll talk you're ear off for an hour and then offer you a free prostate exam... not actually but I'm sure he wouldn't say no....
