I had a fantastic experience. Greeted kindly on the way in and although it was very busy, was welcomed and known I would be assisted. Great quality of the printing and customer service in the printing department was great by that gentleman (sorry I didn't get your name sir).

I tried hard to find an employee here who gives a......Was there to get TSA Precheck done.....none one else was there and the guy at the counter made up an excuse to be on the floor like he was the only person there.

Tried to upsell me a ridiculous “Poster Print” when all I needed was a regular piece of 18x24” blueprint-style paper.But because my print isn’t actual house blueprints, that not allowed?Absolutely ridiculous, and no help whatsoever in offering any alternate solution that wasn’t 7x the cost of what they ordered and should have just printed without asking dumb questions.

Placed an order online for blueprints that cost $13, store called to tell me they could not print my order unless it was a poster print and it would cost $72. I asked if its the size of the print and they said no, sorry. They said it was because the color saturation was too high. So I asked if they could lower the saturation or print black and white, they said no sorry... well I'm NOT buying the excuses! I just had a similar blueprint (same "color saturation" too) printed two weeks ago at another Staples location. I asked for them to cancel my order and send a refund and I am still waiting on that. May have to report the charge as fraud. Avoid this location they are unhelpful and unreliable.Update: Still have not recieved a refund. Staples corporate has not gotten back to my emails. This is the last time I ever use Staples for anything!

Very bad but very bad service, we wanted to make copies and she wouldn't give us the paper but if she charged we told the girl that she was there in that area and the only thing she said was that she didn't know that this had never happened so we kept trying and we told her that we were charging and didn't say anything, no with those people you can't there

Horrible customer service. No smile or acknowledgement. Just annoying, which I could live with if I had gotten the job done.I went a few weeks ago to have a book spiral bound at it was $6. I went in today to have another one done (half the number of pages as the last one) and they were trying to charge me $44. I asked why there was such a big price difference, and she said it’s because of a new system they have now that makes them count the pages. Sure. Okay.Just dropped my book off at the Mansfield location, where they charged me $5.19. Mansfield is a little out of the way for me, but that’s the one I’ll be going to from now on. It’s unfortunate that this Staples has so many bad customer service reviews and it seems that management doesn’t really care.

Trying to return an Amazon package and the girl doesn't even acknowledge you in line. Horrible horrible customer service. Doesn't smile has no facial expression at all. Nothing, this isn't the 1st time I've dealt with her, and it's the same I don't feel like helping you face.

I have gone to this staples due to convenience to return Amazon packages. Despite there being no line I often find myself waiting 10+ minutes for someone to help me. The female working the station is very rude and standoffish. I’ve been here about 5 times in the last few months and she cannot be bothered to smile or even say hello after I greet her. I will no longer be going to this location because of the lack of customer service.Never received my $10 for dropping off packages either.

I went to Dallas Staples to pick up my business cards. Price was reasonable and they printed in a same day. I believe the guy's name was Fred in the print department. He was professional and helpful. Store was clean.
