BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! My reservations were cancelled by the rude and terribly incompetent manager, Ram, a day before I arrived because he mistakenly confused me with another guest with the same last name. He said because the room was cancelled, I would be charged twice if I wanted to book "another" room, even though it was his mistake. He is the owner/manager and, honestly, one of the rudest imbeciles I have ever encountered. He refused to amend his error, began to yell at me, literally insulted my family and then walked away. I was charged for a room I never cancelled and never stayed in. Please do not ruin your trip by booking at this hotel. I went to the Hilton where I was warmly welcomed and taken care of.

Pretty rough stay. They put us in a section that was "under remodel." They didn't give us any warning. We simply walked into a hallway with missing flooring - no carpet, no tile - and torn wallpaper hanging off the walls. If the area was under remodel, it looked like the remodel had been abandoned. All of that aside, the beds, pillows, and bedding were all incredibly uncomfortable. I typically enjoy staying with Staybridge, but will not revisit this location.

I am sorry but I have to give them a low score. The first inconvenience was I originally booked a 2 bedroom hotel but they informed me that the 2-bed hotels were out of service. So they put me in a bedroom suite. This was not bad because it was just me and my daughter. The second inconvenience was in our room there was a HUGE water bug or flying coach roach that was as big as my hand. Management tried to kill it and was unsuccessful, I was not staying in a room with a huge insect. The third inconvenience, due to the large insect they moved us to another room that was on the 3rd floor in the second building. The reason why this was an inconvenience is that we originally were on the 1st floor down from the main entrance. When they moved us to the second room it was on the 3rd floor in the second building they are still doing construction on. Outside of all this, the hotel was neat smelled very good, and was clean. The customer service was very professional as well. Sorry I had to give a bad review.

I booked my room through a third party less than 12 hours of my cancellation and the gentleman answered the phone told me I could cancel without any fees. Then the third party the same gentleman told them no I could not receive a refund because the hotel hold a room for me since the 22 of March, which is not true. I booked it March 24th then the same guy put me I hold to get the general manager when he was the general manager. Then their corporate office called the location three times and she could not get anyone to answer. Once the representative from corporate sent and email to the location my reservation was cancelled but the location continued to tell the third party to not refund me my $303.71. Therefore, the location is double dipping by receiving funds for my reservation and booking someone in the same room. My reservation is cancelled at the location but not with the third party. I understand I am in Texas but the strong hand manipulation should not take place in a professional entity who had a great reputation. I apologize for thinking the best of IHG entities.

Aside from the strategic location and clean quarters, the management team and staff were quite accommodating for my extended stay. With a little more than a month at Staybridge, I witnessed the entire customer service experience. Jarah started things off from day one with a welcoming smile, hospitable offerings, genuine conversation and carried that through to check out. He and team took care of everything and made it feel like a home. I actually looked forward to my daily returns. Thank you for reminding me that amazing service is out there!

My family and I drove 2 and half hours to Dallas in order to find the perfect apartment. We spent several hours at different complexes throughout Lewisville, The Colony, Plano, Richardson, and Addison. We decided to rest in Addison at the Staybridge Suites Dallas-Addison and it was a disaster. We were checked in by a gentleman that seemed like he did not want to be there. We finally got our keys and headed to our rooms. We were met with a small bag of trash that looked like it had been dropped at the front entrance. Only feet away from a trash can. The building smelled of smoke. The rooms smelled even stronger of smoke and within the 15-20 minutes we were there the fire alarm went off three times. My asthma could not handle the smell. We immediately packed our belongings and left.

Staybridge suites Addison. This is the place I always stay. The people are helpful and rooms are always nice and clean. Star the cook went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Also makes a good breakfast

This hotel definitely stands out from the other 2.5 star hotels. Ashley was very welcoming and treated me like she was having me over her own home. She was so congenial and friendly. I never felt someone be so personable in a check in setting. As for the room, it had everything you would hope for, clean kitchen, fully loaded shower gels, and supdr comfortable duck feather comforters. Thanks again, I will definitely be a regular from now on.

They don't even follow their own policies! Guest services had to put the owner/manager in his place and I'm glad because he was WRONG! Found a much nicer hotel for cheaper.

HOW THEY RECEIVED A HIGH STAR RATING IS BEYOND ME?! This establishment IS more like a ONE STAR low grade place to stay when you go to Addison.

If your stuff is not in a luxury bag don’t stay here they will think it’s trash and throw it away offer you a free room and say we can’t do anything about your items because we don’t know what was in there and can’t assess it’s value. I have stayed at this hotels about 75 days in the last two years as well so they know me and my character , or should. While staying at this hotel I left a toilette bag inside of an express bag with handles. The next morning I called the hotel and spoke with Ram who is a GM on the property at 10AM and he said he would look for it. I arrived at 3PM to talk with Ram about my left item, he said he had gotten busy and forgot. When Ram spoke with then individual who cleaned the room ( specifically in charge of trash ) they said they noticed the bag but had discarded it due to covid policy’s they do not look in bags and could not remember if he threw it away the previous day or the current day, which I found odd. I asked RAM to check the cameras in the facility to possibly jog the workers mind and he responded “ The cameras do not work “ , which I also found odd . I can understand the policy however if the bag is not in a clearly identifiable trash bag or bin I feel they should change their policy and at least make sure they are not throwing out valuable items ( One razors , bevel razors , razor covers , shaving brushes razors… ect) I am not please with the customer service received at this location. I would not recommend this experience or interaction for anyone.

Most of the workers there in the hotel are rude and don't want you to get any breakfast. The lady watched us like a hawk and acted like we were stealing the horrible breakfast burritos they offered. We forgot an item when we left and they were of no help. There was a MURDER in the hotel last year. The laundry facilities are closed and it does not state that on their website.

Had a great stay the room was clean and spacious . There was some left over beer in the refrigerator but that didn't impact my stay
