I was very pleased with the service I received from Martha and Omar. Martha helped me out tremendously, setting up my tablet and helping with the issues i had with my mobile.She was very pleasant to talk with and explained what she was doing. This has always been my go to store. I will be back .Thank you again Martha for your services. ?

I had problems with my phone when I first got it. The phone tech support never did answer their phone on saturday 9/25, and I wound up with a mess. I needed the phone for work, and because I couldn't get the rather expensive new phone working, I had to get through two days without it. Monday, I went to the Tmobile on Gaston, almost at closing time. They were busy so it was after closing before they could help me. Both of the guys were real nice about it, no complaints about having to work after hours with myself and another guy. Omar, was the guy who wound up helping me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. I have been with Tmobile for a long time and was really furious about the tech support failure Saturday. Omar reminded me why I have stayed with Tmobile for as long as I have and will continue to use the company. Believe me, I was thinking real hard about finding a new phone company. Please get your phone tech support fixed. I am grateful your in-store people were worth working with.

Had a really difficult problem with the warranty on an older iPhone. An internal system error kept me from taking home my replacement phone. Marco was a HUGE help and got me taken care of. Very happy with the customer service.

I went to the T-Mobile store in Lakewood and they changed their hours from 10-8 to 11-7. Personally I don’t believe that it REALLY has anything to do with the health of the staff working there. So I returned at 11, and the store was closed and no staff present, I call customer service at 11:20 am because the store was still closed no employee present, two other customers just left. The lady at customer service was nice but really did not have the slightest idea why the store failed to open. I think the upper management should really take a serious look at the staff and the supervision of this particular store. I’m a former sprint customer and have visited this store a couple times before today. I was completely in-impressed with the unhelpful staff. It really seemed to me that I was an unwelcome stepchild from sprint and not only did it seem oblivious that the staff was unprepared to really help sprint customers but further none of them even wanted to help me at all. I wish T-Mobile in its infinite wisdom had just left the old sprint stores open, they certainly were not great, but they did always show ownership for their brand and if you persisted, you could get the help you needed as a customer. I see the writing on the wall with this merger and I predict I’ll be moving to AT&T as contracts of mine expire.

This is the best service I've ever received at a T-Mobile store! These people actually care about you and help you get the best deal for your money. The manager Yesenia and associate slalom were incredible friendly and helpful. This has become our new T-Mobile home store

Love this store. Never busy and Gus is the best customer service rep I've ever had to pleasure to deal with at any phone store. Just took care of us an made it fun!! You go gus gus we will be back!! Anyone with tmobile and has to go into store go here!!

I came to this store very frustrated with issues from Sprint. I wanted to use my 3 Iphone 6 from Sprint on a new account with T Mobile , but was informed that I would absolutely need to purchase three new phones because Sprint phones are not compatible with other companies. Three perfectly good phones were going to be switched out for three new phones through the store. I would be reimbursed $99 per phone, but would need to buy almost $2000 to replace my phones with the same phones. I left the store, thought about it and decided not to go forward with switching. A week later, I spoke with T Mobile Customer Service who corrected this. Apple I Phones are compatible with T Mobile, even if they are from Sprint...and T Mobile stores are well aware of this. Here I was leaving Sprint due to misinformation and lies, and this T Mobile Store provided me either misinformation and lies. I coming over to T Mobile, but this store will NEVER get my business.
