They did oil change on my daughter's vehicle that leaked out within 100 miles. We had to rescue her off of the side of the road to keep from burning up the motor, and had it towed to BMW dealership. Dealership said whoever put filter on last failed to put the oil filter o-ring on. Called the location and they paid me back for a partial of the poor service but now tell me that they will not pay for the remainder of money I am out of pocket. Having to take these folks to court!! Please be aware of these fly by night oil change places.....especially this one. After informing the manager I would be taking this to my lawyer if not resolved he attacked me for "Being Rude". Kind sir I am just starting to get rude!

It was fast and very efficient. I never got out of the car. The attendant made sure I knew what was going on. I had a coupon so it was real reasonable. I will be back when I need my next oil change.

Girls don’t need to be afraid of being jipped at this place. They’re fast, good quality, and most importantly honest. I’ll always go to them as long as I live in this area.

Extremely timely and quality service. Ron was the person who led my safety check and oil change. He was very informative and honest and even showed me that my air filters were clogged with debris that could potentially make me sick! Nobody has ever pointed that out to me during maintenance before. May seem like common sense but for someone who knows nothing about the inner workings of a car, this was news to me. The service provided was reasonably priced ($132 for high mileage oil change, air and cabin filter replacement w/free air in tires and clear info about the maintenance being done and needed) and the advice given was priceless. Thank you to Ron and the rest of the team who serviced my car. They were kind and helpful and it really made my day! I can’t say thank you enough. Check them out. You won’t regret it.

Yesterday 10/15 tried to get my oil changed at this place. Had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to come to my window and they seemed busy so, didn't mind. When I opened my window this black man comes and say "What you want"? Like really? So, told me to wait behind a Jeep. I stayed there and had enough time to realize this people were miserable and were taking their time to do their thing. Finally I backed out of there and probably won't be back again.

This place is so awesome!!! Seriously!! I thought I was just going for an oil change, but I met some awesome people. S/O to Kirby, Dakota, Deandre, and Carter! Oil changes are never fun, but they made this an enjoyable experience. They have my business for life. :)

Elias was great. He changed my oil and gave me updates on my filters and transmission fluid throughout the process. I was in and out within 20 minutes and that was with two cars ahead of me in line. Great experience.

If you are in Dallas and need an oil change or anything like that for your car this is the place people!!! I came to get an oil change which I found out I didn't actually end up needing since there was still some in there. The staff was so friendly regardless, still filled up some to last me until my next full service. Helped me understand some questions I had on my car and were so nice about it! They are completely honest and will not cheat you! Ps you can typically find an oil change coupon online before coming!

This place is awesome! Great customer service and super quick! I got my state inspection and oil change in 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. They also had an annual charity drive for Children's Health. So nice!

They were very nice, knowledgeable and fast! I needed a replacement oil filter cap and since they didn’t have one, they told me where was the closest place to get one and then bring it back and they would install it. They could have just replaced my oil filter and oil and I could have had a potential leak and wouldn’t have found out until it was too late. Very good service. I will be coming back here. It’s a little on the expensive side (like $15-$20 more than competitors) but I never had to get out of my car like at other places and they were very friendly.

I went in this morning (Friday) for a state inspection right when they opened and I was out in about 15 minutes! The people who work here are consistently SO kind and definitely try to have a good time and I will continue to come back!

Unprofessional and Highly Dissatisfied!!! Not sure if I should write and share, but my voice needs to be heard... I was just there about 45 mins before they 6 pm this Saturday to change oil... My first time there was a good experience several months ago, but not this time, so not really know how many stars should I give... I am extremely disappointed with the oil change. I am not sure if one of the mechanics scratched my car on purpose for I did not have these scratches before going there. Why am I so sure about this? Because I spent an hour to wash my car by hand before bringing it there to change oil... This is so upsetting, unacceptable, and unprofessional. I remember that he couldn't open the hood which I had no idea why when I could open it myself, so I saw her was trying to open the hood by one hand and on the other hand, he hold a black metal stick. I was assuming everything fine for I was seating inside my car, but not until later I saw these scratches, I bet he was trying to use the metal stick and it scratched my car... The more I think about this the more I get mad for an oil change which I did not do anything wrong and no big dens and scratches on my car.... I cannot say if there was not prejudice from this specific mechanic toward me because I drive an older car and/or I am a lady? But either way, my car is in good maintenance and clean, and we should all treat each other with respect... I think even I pointed this out to him, he would deny it on the spot... Either way, I paid money for the oil change with bonus of dens and scratches on my front hood... To be honest, I wish I caught his name... He did not care to check the wipers but only asked me if it is okay. He was supposed to check my tires pressure, he did not, but when I asked he insisted that he did, but I did not see he did anything. Last but not least, he took my card and did not give me anything to sign on but there was another mechanic who was working in front of my car and he worked so hard to check the air pressure and did all the things he was supposed to. I pray and hope that there is no leaking oil after changing this time because my car has NO leaks before coming, so I probably won't know what to do if this happens... and will soon find out... I was trying to be nice, kind and polite with asking questions, but I guess I could only do so much... On the other side, Dakota is the nice mechanic which this is my second time encountered him at this store. He works diligently and competently, so at least something was good for my visit... not sure if I would come back or recommend this store....Yet, 2 of the mechanics. Dakota and an mid age caucasian gentleman were nice except this one guy not sure if his name was Eli... since don't want to complain about wrong person... I guess nowadays it is still hard to find a trustworthy place where I can get oil change without prejudices and negligence and treats ladies with respect... if you know of a place in Dallas, please suggest, I would greatly appreciate your help and suggestions!

Ron and his team have it locked down at this location! I've always had good service from Take 5 but these guys are doing it right! They're fast, friendly, & understand that quality service is paramount. I'd encourage you to go and see for yourself. I was in and out super quick and everyone made the experience awesome. The workers are not wearing a mask. Don’t have gloves on. The waiting room has no A/C. There was not enough space for Social distancing. During this Pandemic times you should work with the customer to let the customer sat in the car to turn any function for you. Instead of your worker touching everything and not wipe down what you touched! I came home spend half an hour to wipe the inside of my car!I took my 2nd car to a different place afterwards. I had no problem cooperating with that shop. They wore masks and gloves!

I have been here twice to get an oil change. I love the customer service! Some other places act as if they’re lazy and very unwelcoming. The guys at Take 5 are friendly, welcoming, and enjoy helping with any questions you may have. I normally don’t write reviews but I must give this place 5 stars.

I am absolutely amazed with the service I received. They young men were absolutely beyond professional. It was raining. Because of CoVid 19, they recommended I remain in my car and they would let me know when they were ready. They continued to come out and make me aware of the time remaining for my wait. When they finally serviced me, they asked me to pull my Insurance Card up on my phone so they could look at the cards without touching my phone. I truly appreciate their services especially Billy! Thanks for looking out for my safety!!!

I could literally hear one of the workers complaining about me. Just because I have my windows up does not mean I can't hear you. There was a miscommunication between workers. I was told something different by another worker so the guy who decided to complain about it outside my car was upset. I rolled down my window and said "you know I can hear you." It was very unprofessional. I will not be back to this location. With COVID19, I understand it is a stressful time but yelling outside my window is not okay. And let me be clear: I'm okay with a miscommunication, not someone yelling outside my window! Do better!

It was like a party under my hood! Everyone had a part in completing the oil change, Topping off and checked the air in my tires. Team effort and in and out super fast. They even offered my dog treats!

Wow! I've never had an oil change completed so quickly! All with the luxury of sitting in my vehicle while servicing. Guys were polite and efficient! I know where I'll be returning to for my next oil change.
