Had a screw in a tire. Pulled up out front and Darrel came out to meet me and asked if he could help. I showed him the screw and he fixed on the spot in two minutes. Best part is his credit card machine was down and I had no cash, so he said, well I guess this one was free. Taking cash back to him. Excellent service. They will be the only ones to get my business in this neighborhood going forward.

Old school gas station. With all the construction in Dallas now, this is the go to place to get a nail/screw removed from a tire and have it plugged. Less than 10 minutes tops. Been using this station for light stuff like this for 40 years and it has never disappointed.

I have a ford escape and noticed a covering hanging down. Went to this shop before work and the service was very knowledgeable and fair. Going forward, I plan to go back to this local shop for as many of my automotive needs as possible.Highly recommend!

I have never left here satisfied. I live very close to the shop and was thrilled to have a convenient service location. I have been turned down to get an inspection sticker. I have been turned down during work hours (several times) due to "not being open" yet the man I spoke to was working the cashier My boyfriend went to get a nail fixed in his tire, resulted in them creating a larger hole in his tire. He took a picture of the man fixing it and the man claimed "it wasn't him" when my boyfriend went back to confront about the now larger hole. I have gotten gas here and seen the man working the cashier turn down other customers while I am at the pump outside. I believe that one time in 4 years they did plug a tire for me, but once when I came with a flat they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to drive the 15 minutes to nearest Firestone. I will not be returning.

I find it strange that I'm writing a gas station review, but every since I moved to Dallas 4-5years ago now, I feel like this is a hidden gem of a utility. I get my vehicle inspection done there for registration, and tires rotated out. Every time I've been there, me and the guys just jaw jack tell old stories, and before we're even done yammering about god knows what, the car is done. I dunno man, they've always been good to me, never had a bad experience. In fact I'm going right now to get my tires rotated.

The only FULL-SERVICE gas station that I know of in this area. Which can be very helpful to the elderly or disabled. There is traffic at this station due to the Dunlop-Swain auto repair shop. Which is where some of the negative reviews are coming from as well.

Stop to get air in my bike tires after riding 2 miles, guy was really nice and helpful. Informed me the air is on 24/7 which is great next to Katy Trail

Been a customer for 15 years and I won't go back. I went to get full service gas and air in my tires (because Covid) and when it was time to pay my card was decline, very unusual but I thought maybe my credit card company suspected fraudulent activity. So I gave them another credit card (different company) again declined. So they proceeded to tell me their system was down and I waited 10 minutes before they told me to come inside (which I was trying to avoid because of Coronavirus). Checked my accounts online and everything was fine so I tried those 2 credit cards again and then my debit card which all declined and then they made me feel as if it were my fault and not something with the system. If two different credit cards decline AND a debit card that sounds like something with the reader or system. But they continued to make me feel like it was my fault until I asked them what they wanted me to do? He suggested typing in my number, which I did, and it was approved.... clearly your chip reader is malfunctioning. Please don't assume I don't have money because I don't drive a luxury vehicle like you're use to seeing in your neighborhood. I won't go back.
