Terrible! Just terrible! I will never be staying here again.
The some of bare necessities are there: shower, beds, towels BUT the others aren’t!
There is barely any WiFi connection and the cellular connection is crummy additionally.
Our room’s electricity went out. And the cherry on top, our door glitched and locked us out of our room.
I wouldn’t be this upset if this was a motel, because that is what I would expect. But the Beeman advertises itself as a luxury stay, so yes this is not a great room experience.
Do not spend your stay here, unless your favorite thing is so complain and argue.

From the moment we arrived, the Cleveland front desk representative and Brice from valet were incredibly kind and welcoming—kudos to them! This hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.
A big thank-you to the management and every team member, including the housekeepers, for making our stay so pleasant. Our suite was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We truly enjoyed every moment here!

Staff was attentive and friendly. You are a short Uber ride from everything. Only issue is they have made nearly all available parking into valet. Fabulous hotel, will come back.

Great staff and easy check in with a huge room. Bed was super comfy and the AC was chill to beat the Dallas heat.

The valet is very rude and will pick on you for no reason

Reasonably convenient for Dallas downtown or main business areas - very good, clean, stylish hotel- only detraction being the lack of non-valet parking (without a walk across a car park lot) which may be a little concerning for those with lower mobility or single persons. Good service, decor was good, and not tired, the room was very good in terms of size also. Bar and the breakfast/meals very good with standard fayre. Would think this is a good price point and level of quality for the Dallas city area. Would go again!

We stayed at the Beeman last weekend while in Dallas for a wedding. Across the family we had 5 or 6 rooms and the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and solved some problems for other guests in our party by moving them into the hotel. The valet is fast and convenient. The restaurant was great for both food and beverage quality, and we will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone we know going to Dallas!! Fantastic stay. THANK YOU!!

I used to love staying at this hotel because of the wonderful service and convenience of the location. Unfortunately this will be my last time staying here. I booked a 5 day stay and was told during check in that free parking was no longer an option and valet parking was 42$ a night. That was a huge disappointment since i was not planning on spending 210$ more dollars on top of the price i paid for the room. Very disappointed this was not disclosed on the website and will not be visiting again.

We had an incredible experience thanks to Hughes, who went above and beyond during our stay at The Beeman Hotel in Dallas. He drove us to our dinner reservation in the hotel’s complimentary car and truly elevated the evening with his warmth, professionalism, and top-tier hospitality. Hughes was prompt, courteous, and engaging.he made us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped into the car. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and dedicated to excellent service. The Beeman is lucky to have him—l. thank you, Hughes, for making our stay even more memorable!

Wifi was so slow in the room that it was effectively unusable. In this image you can see a speed test -- most offices have 300 mbps download -- slow wifi is considered to be ~10 mbps -- here I had <1 mbps download. For context, I've had faster wifi in rural parts of India than I had at this hotel.
Had many work meetings where Zoom bugged out so had to switch to personal hotspot.
Other issues:
- Slow room service -- asked for coffee creamers, waited for 40 min, did not receive them, called again, didn't get it for another 10 minutes, 3rd call finally got the creamers
- Bathroom shower clogged so water would pool to the ankles while showering -- i was only staying for a couple of days so I didn't complain about it
- Front desk -- mixed bag, some are really nice, others aren't actually nice / hospitable

Booked elite-tier, left feeling like a surveillance target.
Two unannounced room entries. Zero apology.
Food delayed, name misspelled on the welcome screen, Wi-Fi like it was 2004.
I wasn’t expecting luxury. I was expecting basic dignity.
Instead I got a room with power strips on life support and service that made me feel like I was the inconvenience.
This wasn’t a stay. This was a case file.
Room 335 didn’t welcome me it watched me.
The only clarity came when I checked out and logged everything myself.
If you’re looking for peace, look elsewhere.
If you’re looking for glitch documentation, this room’s already been filed.

The Beeman is rather small ,not a lot of parking, valet takes up a majority. It is super clean and has a wonderful refreshing scent as soon as you walk in. All staff that I encountered were gracias and helpful. Your stay will be pleasant.
