I have been a part of this community since February 2023. As a travel nurse I was scared of coming to a new city where I did not know anyone. This gym has given me the support and allowed me to grow stronger in my fitness. Grateful for all the people I have met and all the PRs I’ve made.

Knowledgeable coaching staff and an awesome community. The facility has a great aesthetic and is super clean. And it has AC!! Perfect location for a fun workout and then brunch in one of the nearby businesses. Highly recommend!!
