We used to come 4-6 times per year under the previous management. The manager (Dee) knew our name, always stopped by, gave my wife a complimentary beverage on almost every visit - and overall made us feel like valued regular of 20 years. Since they reopened under new management, our visits have definitely been less frequent as the quality of food and the overall experience have declined greatly. On my recent visit - my check, the men's room and the front door of the restaurant ALL promoted a $20 gift certificate in return for a $10 St Jude Hospital donation. The manager told me that it was not longer valid and did not honor posted signs in the restaurant. After I pointed out that it was also on the door she offered to 'try to find one' but that I would have to use it in the next two weeks. What a terrible customer service fail. How can a restaurant not honor posted signs?!?Our waitress was great but definitely overwhelmed as the continuous cost cutting measures also seem to include triple seating her with three tables simultaneously. Once upon a time this was a luxurious, high end dinner experience. Now, the cost is the same (if not more) but customers are victims of a management that is only interested in maximizing profits at the expense of food quality and guest experience.

Fist time visit/date night. 5pm midweek reservation was perfect time, no crowd! Our server Rich was fabulous! We started with Wisconsin cheese, house salad, mixed it up and ordered the Classic for her and Steak Lovers for me, which all was delicious! We ended with Bananas Foster which failed to disappoint! While pretty pricey, the experience was quite enjoyable, tasty, and entertaining!Excellent date night spot!

This was hands down the single most sensational dining experience I have ever had, two nights in a row, in my life.
Outstanding service, ambience and food. My dietary restrictions cause me to have a rather difficult time when going out for a bite but Angela, Ranard and Bryan made sure it was the most wonderful experience for me and were more than courteous, compassionate, accomodating and understanding of my specific dietary needs. (Allergic to soy which is in Everything almost ,peanuts and tree nuts, blue and raspberries, and mushrooms. To name a few.)
I was so touched and surprised when they pulled out a special menu for those with allergies to specific foods and took all the time going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience even with my rather difficult dietary restrictions. The desserts, I was looking forward to the most and upon discovering that I couldn't partake in them, Angela and her splendid staff went to great lengths to provide me with one just as spectacular that I could have.
I most definitely recommend this restaurant to any and everyone and will be going back very soon!

My wife took me here for the first time tonight for my birthday. When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the host staff. After just a few minute wait, we were escorted to our table. Walking through the restaurant, we noticed very few tables occupied by guests but were nonetheless lead to a small table tucked away in the back of a small side hall. Still not much to complain about, as we were able to see this an added intimacy to our evening. However, nearly forty five minutes after having been sat and multiple selfies later, we still had not been greeted by a member of the wait staff. While, the waiters taking care of the other two tables in this area had checked on them multiple times, neither of them acknowledged that we had yet to be greeted. When a different waiter did see us sitting there and start walking up as if we might be his table, he promptly turned around and darted away as if he had suddenly remembered something he had forgotten. A few minutes later and still no service, my wife and I decided to cut our losses. On our way out we let the host staff know that no body had been by to take care of us and that we were leaving so somebody might want to go turn off the fondue burner. While they did apologize, they were also quick to hold the door open for us as we left. It's possible we may try Melting Pot again in the future but thanks to this experience, it certainly will not be at this location.

It is always a joy to visit The Melting Pot. My fiancee chooses to come here for nearly every birthday and anniversary, and with every visit her excitement to come never seems to drop. The service is incredible, with the waitstaff being very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Every member of their waitstaff that we've encountered is personable and seems to go out of their way to tailor your experience to your liking.
The food is also phenomenal. There is plenty of choice when it comes to your cheeses and your meats - and you can easily get something new every single time. We always get the four course experience - highly recommended if you're going for your first time or for a special dinner - and every time each course seems to compliment the next perfectly.
The only issue is that the menu tends to change every so often, so it's hard to recommend something specifically for worry that it'll be gone by the time you get there, but no matter what's on the menu, you're going to find something that makes a good night an excellent one!
