I’ve been to this UPS store multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff who work here are all extremely friendly, efficient, and organized. Even when it’s busy, they manage to keep the line moving and remain helpful.FYI, parking can be a little tight, tho there seems to be more spots behind. Also, when exiting the lot, it’s easier to get out from the exit farthest from Armstrong Ave.

Terrible experience at this location. Waited in normal line. Once at the counter my preprinted and package label was not scannable. Long line formed again behind me; and was asked to step aside so the employee could help other guests. I completely understood this reasoning, but after 20 mins of standing and holding my package; watching 3 full lines of people come and go, I asked why I was still standing and waiting. He continued to say he was going to help me, yet 5 more people were serviced. Finally the other employee noticed me and asked “Is it just not scanning?” They immediately took me to the back counter and solved the issue in 10 seconds. Didn’t get the first employee’s name but he seemed to be the manager. Maybe more training is needed?

This place is a joke. They steadfastly refused to print a return label for me unless I paid them $2. I asked how this could be possible—isn’t the label part and parcel of the shipping? I was informed this is not the case, and that a $2 “printing fee” would be assessed. I was offered the opportunity to log into my personal email on their public (unsecured) computer to print it myself. I’m not sure I understand the distinction between me using their resources to print a label and their employees doing the same.Edited to add: The response is nonsensical. You cannot ship a package with UPS without a label. Therefore, once shipping is paid for, the label needs to be included. The label IS the service. Any other response or policy is inadequate.

Staff was rude. Was told by Lego that store would tape box and print label but staff berated me for not having box taped.

Sent a package off 8/22 3 attempts and it wasn't delivered IT WAS SENT BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND NO ONE CALLED ME! I ALSO WAS UNAWARE THAT THE PACKAGE WOULDN'T BE LEFT IF NOONE WAS HOME NO SPECIAL DELIVERY JUST A LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR ORDER OR I WOULD HAVE SENT IT THEW FEDEX.. NOT EVERY CUSTOMER LIVE IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IF U DIDN'T LEAVE THE PACKAGE WHY OFFER SERVICE IN THOSE AREAS!

I had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever had by a man doing the work of two people with a line of 10 people behind me. He had the best attitude and professionalism.

Love this UPS store! I bring in a lot of prepaid packages and it’s quick to drop off and employees are awesome. They scan my packages super quick and TK helps bring in packages from my car when he’s able to. This helps tremendously when I’m in a rush! This is my go-to UPS!

I went in to drop a package off and the employee made me feel incredibly incompetent. I was so upset I turned around and walked out and drove to another UPS store. Very disappointing.

The foreign clerk had absolutely no customer service in charging me for picking up undelivered boxes. Instead of explaining that I had to pay a holding fee, which is preposterous. He scolded me and told me that I had to pay $35 extra because it wasn’t fair for other people that have mail boxes. “It’s not fair to them so you have to pay!” . The sender paid $135 for delivery! But okay. Franchises don’t always have the same standards. Shame! Time for some retraining! The older guy was unapologetic. Both scoundrels!

Like others have posted, this place steals your boxes if they think they have valuables in them. They will scan them, and you'll never see them again. This place should lose its franchise.

Wish I could give 0 stars as the UPS Store employee stole our package. We purchased a new Apple computer at the Apple Store right next door and walked to this UPS store to have it packaged and shipped. The UPS Store employee insisted on wrapping it himself, gave us a receipt and rushed us along to help the next customer. Something felt off, so we went back and asked the employee to see the wrapped packed 2 separate times. He was not helpful and would not let us see the package, "Saying it was already packaged." Needless the tracking number never logged a move and the package never arrived. Johnny Alejandro, the store manager, was not helpful in investigating anything, never returning phone calls or follow up even when he said he would. This computer was for a nonprofit where every dollar matters and it is highly disappointing that people are so dishonest and steal.

The customer service attendant was extremely nice and quite patient. The process to create an Amazon return label, however takes an act of God and is difficult at best. I wish I'd gotten the name of the person working there to give him his major props because he is a saint, unfortunately this will have to do.
