I dare anyone , ANYONE, to try and get through to customer care and have them resolve simple matter in under 2 hours.Does happen.They transfer you to someone else after 46 minutes and they say Hi how can I help you.If you’re a gluten for punishment or really super bored and want to take on this meaningless challenge, I challenge you !It cannot be done.

Horrible service. On a bike ride when i stopped by. Profiled. Was helped then the moment a woman with a L.V. hand bag i was tossed aside and made to wait while she was immediately helped. Management was no help either as they witnessed the whole thing.

So I bought the samsung buds + from Verizon on Friday an yesterday I returned them because not only is there a glitch in them. But I don’t wanna hear myself singing to the music, I’ve changed the equalizer multiple times over the weekend. Toni already said if I wasn’t satisfied I can return them. So I did bring them back an I truly felt uncomfortable in the store like they were being salty. Toni was trying to help, he was shocked I actually did bring them back Stephen who took care of the return of as being salty an he hurt my feelings by saying you know you really hurt our sales by returning things, It sounds to me your more concerned with money vs making the customer experience a happy one. I thought it was about the customer not about the money, first off I’m a T-Mobile customer trying to just get some headphones. It doesn’t matter what store I shop to get em, I just want great customer service an to be satisfied with my purchase. I felt totally disrespected and torn by this experience, Toni was trying to help but Stephen was being really SALTY AND RUDE CUSTOMERS DON’T NEED TO HEAR THAT THEY’RE RUINING YOUR SALES. They’ve always made me feel welcome until I bought something an wasn’t happy. I mentioned I do want another case for my IPhone 11 an I stated I’ll get it later I’m more worried about getting the right buds for now and Stephen was pushing the issue now saying you can go ahead and get it today an I won’t have to do this refund. ??????????

Came in today and everyone here was super helpful and extremely nice. Way different from my experience at the west village location where the guy was not knowledgeable and was clearly making things up. This is now my go to location.

I was looking for an upgrade from my current phone so I visited the Verizon store in Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Tx. I was little overwhelmed by all the different options to choose from so I become indecisive between two phones I really liked. Thankfully Ryland was there, I can’t find the words to express enough gratitude for the knowledgeable, professional, and inviting employees at this location. Ryland is a perceptive guy and he is the only representative I want handling my business with Verizon. Ryland’s intuitive ability understand to others throughout the entire process is most notable. I truly hope Verizon sees Ryland as leadership potential, I think he should run his own store.

Awesome experience. Casse helped me with the purchase of a new Galaxy S10 to replace my ailing S6. She was very knowledgeable about all the phones and pricing options, which saved me a lot of money! Transferring files was a snap. Store layout is clean and easy to navigate. All employees I interacted with were terrific.

Recently visited this Verizon and had a great experience. Tony G. was super helpful and informative in regards to transferring my phone from AT&T over to Verizon. He provided great information in regards to promotions/incentives and made me feel comfortable about my iPhone 10R purchase decision. I really appreciated Tony’s clear and direct approach to sales and feel that I could go back into the store at any time in the future if I ever need assistance.

Mrs Benjamin (my salesperson)was excellent as always she goes above and beyond. The initial greet was ok and the guy was new( I hope) the manager was to busy on her phone to help. Still the best service around.

Kelli is a poor excuse for a store manager. You truly could find a high school student that would do a better job than her. Zero customer service skills, zero professionalism, and zero kindness. When a customer walks in clearly having an issue they are trying to resolve, she goes to the back office to avoid having to actually help the customer, to the embarrassing point when even her employees couldn’t figure out why she wasn’t coming back out. It is very obvious she has no clue what she is doing. Again, Verizon-Mockingbird, it may be a good idea to attend a high school career fair, you will find a better employee there.

Casse was amazing. She went to bat for me and made a bad situation better. She saved me money by doing what was best for myself and my business. She also followed up with me and called me! She is my person. The store is a great place full of wonderful people!

I like Verizon but definitely recommend going to a different store.. This location was SO unprofessional and unwilling to help. I came in for an upgrade and Ryland and Kelly (the manager) seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Ryland seemed more concerned about selling me on an iPad, bluetooth speaker and all these other deals rather than focusing on my upgrade. He also tried to offer me phone insurance that i already have... It took over an hour for them to figure things out and I had to leave for an appointment so I asked them to cancel it or hold the new phone and I would just have to come back to do it another time.. I asked them if it was okay to just keep my current phone and they said yes and let me leave.. after leaving I noticed they DEACTIVATED MY PHONE NUMBER. I had to come back to the store and they reactivated my phone after several minutes and then they "refunded" my money from the upgrade since I was so frustrated and decided to not do it at that store anymore.. it has been over 7 days and I still do not have my refund. Kelly is extremely rude and does not have any customer service skills.. Ryland was sweet and nice but he did not have proper training. Don't waste your time at this location.

Absoulute WORST customer service ever at this location. The general manager was just super unprofessional. There has been multiple issues over the past few days with my account, and after countless hours and days on the phone with Fraud and the Core departments we essentially got the issues fixed. So i go into this locations to finish the process and get my new devices and etc, and they literally just refused to help me/continue with my account. Went in with my social security card and my state issued drivers license to obviously prove who i am, and the lady treated me like complete garbage. She was even speaking to the gentleman from the Core department that i had been dealing with and from my understand he told me as well she was extremely rude and just all around unprofessional. Im so glad the phone was recorded and you can best bet im gonna take the next nessesary steps to make these issues known and have this stores attitude corrected. Just plain out, unprofessional junk store.
