I went in to this store and asked for simple help. I asked Edgar a couple of questions that he couldn’t answer and he advised me to call customer service. This store is the worse Verizon store I been into. After that visit and the poor customer service. I am probably switching my service including all 6 lines. Never will I ever visit this store or keep my service with Verizon. Maybe they should do a secret shopper visit to see how poor the customer service is. These guys want to make big money and sale products in the store. With the attitude and demeanor like that,success with Verizon is not in the near future. I will be in touch with corporate as well. I had a tricky situation with a new phone/network authorization that Eric was enthusiastic to get resolved. He took care of it and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was ship shape. Highly recommend

Good customer service by Edgar . Long time customer . Monthly charges too high try to remove Disney to lower my monthly bill couldn't help me He said I had to do it through the Verizon app . Instead of making things easier for the customer they complicate things for the customer l guess loyalty don't means anything anymore

Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Walked in, stood there for about 10 min. No one acknowledged or even glanced in our direction. People that walked in right before us were completely ignored too. They had some costumers in the store, but it was not in any way busy ?Worst costumer service I’ve seen in awhile anywhere. Guess I won’t be buying my new iPhone here.

I went in to fix an issue. Verizon (through an online sale) ported my phone number over from my previous provider.... before sending out my SIM card. I came to the store to fix this issue when I realized that I no longer had phone service. However, because I came in to close to closing, the agents didn’t even try to resolve the issue. They told me there was no way for them to resolve the issue in the store. They told me to contact customer service. Verizon almost lost a customer because of their lack of professionalism.

I spent an hour on the phone purchasing my new phone - only to show up 30 mins before closing to tell me they had locked up the phones and I had to come back the next day.

I had a very good experience. I went in for a technical issue. I made a reservation before I went. They were ready for me when I arrived and took very good care of me while I was there. Good job with COVID protocols

If Verizon could clone Casse, they'd be a monopoly! WOW! Overall OUTSTANDING service and this type of professionalism is what keeps me with Verizon. All the employees at this location are wonderful and Casse is a gem! Well done!
