Wow!! Yesterday I went to buy an iPhone for my daughter and it was a very sad purchase because the girl who attended us was very rude and unprofessional,my wife trying to pay with credit card and girl said declined so my wife said I’m sure I have enough money can I trying again, The girl made a face, raised her shoulders and that was when my wife decided to pay 649.00 dlls cash.

Meagan Flores was awesome. She greeted me at the door, listened to my story of needing technical assistance to delete an unwanted app. that had taken over my phone. Eventhough I was not there to buy anything she was polite, attentive to my needs and in quick order, without skipping a beat, had the offensive app deleted and my phone back to peak performance. Verizon is a good company to deal with and Meagan Flores will always be my go to person whom I highly recommend all other customers do the same. Thank you Meagan!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with Verizon. Empty store with five employees on their phones, our salesperson seemed put out to even be helping us - left the store, came home and ordered new phone with a customer service rep instead. So much more pleasant! The team you had on 5/16/2020 at Retail Road location was TERRIBLE. -Verizon account holder for 25 years

Empty store and 5+ people working, yet all of them were on their phones. The only person that did look up at us to help was extremely short-tempered and was almost unwilling to even show us iPhone options to buy. I felt like I had done something wrong by just standing there? My family has had a Verizon account for 20+ years and we have all bought phones in-store countless times. However this time, the employee would not let my mom purchase the phone because her full name on her drivers license didn’t match the abbreviated one on the Verizon account. Not to mention, they were skeptical of my dad’s name being an account holder as well, and the employee did not seem to budge or even care when we tried to explain that my dad passed away 2 years ago. It just doesn’t make sense that we can buy the same phone online without putting any face to a name. I could care less if I get a new phone or not, but I hope the next customer after me walked into a more pleasant and inviting atmosphere than the one I entered.

As a local REALTOR here in DFW, it very important for me to have the latest technology to keep up with my clients and business. I always get nervous when it comes time to upgrade. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past; however, never at this store. The staff over the years has always been very helpful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Alex. He was extremely professional, patient, and pleasant. He helped me get both my iPhone and iPad set up quickly and without incident. I couldn’t be happier with service I received. We've been a Verizon customer for some time, and visited this store several times, the staff are always helpful, but never overbearing. The store is clean, and has a great display of the current devices available.

I came into that store crying like a lunatic because my phone got stolen and these guys were just wonderful. They answered all of my questions and made sure that all the steps were taken in order to get a new one.They'll probably say that they were just doing their job, but they did their well and I really appreciate it.

‪Verizon has me paying TAXES in a city I don't even live in, a LATE FEE for forgetting to pay my bill ONCE after 11+ yrs of NOT being late, EVER...WOW and you want to charge me if I give you the address of the city I ACTUALLY live in. Shame on you Verizon. I've been a faithful customer for 11+ yrs!!‬
