12/23/2023 I turned in my phone as the trade in device. Ismael was very helpful, informative & patient. I was very happy with his customer service.When I first purchased my iPhone 15 Promax @11/25/2023, Rocky helped me. I had the same wonderful service at that time. I am glad I’m a Verizon customer. If no stars was an option it would be for this store. There needs to be a proper course over customer service. Staff is not helpful at all and they will not go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone.

9-6-23 visited LH store. I have been with Verizon for 19years. The Lake Highlands Verizon store has the worse customer service I have ever encountered at a Verizon store. The customer service they provided by the supervisor was and I quote “you are not the first person who had their IPhone stolen”. This explanation is just RUDE. It would be better to say nothing than to tell that to a customer. Being the iPhone was stolen en route to me since I was delivered an empty box.With the prices paid for Verizon services you would think they would offer excellent customer service. Let’s be realistic Verizon is priced higher than other providers!I ordered a new IPhone August 20, 2023. When the iPhone was delivered (actually I saw delivery driver since I immediately retrieve phone). I could tell the box had been tampered with. Bottom line upon opening box there was NO phone since someone stole the phone en route to my house. Either Verizon employee or UPS employee would be my best guess. Had to call Verizon customer service. They informed me I had to wait for an investigation, which would take 10 days, and they would email me with updates. Verizon customer service never emailed me with updates. So called them on 9-6-23 and first rep who helped me. I got refund on stolen phone and he helped me reorder. I paid extra $40 to pick up phone at the Lake Highlands store instead of delivery to my house. I thought they could help me transfer data and link new Apple Watch, especially since all the trouble I had just to get refund and reorder iPhone. But no everything at that store has a charge. Paid extra $40 just to pick up phone! No accommodations by Verizon.Only advise offered “Just you know your not first person who had iPhone stolen & call Verizon customer service maybe they can help you.”As soon as I get phone & watch set up. I will finally change providers!!!

I have been a Verizon customer since 1990 and my last 3 trips to a store were not what I would term successful. Greenville Ave - now gone; then last week with Branden Skillman store) who was very nice, upgraded me to a new phone (I was due a free upgrade but still paid $50+?) but no help in transferring apps, info, etc to new phone and the store had no protective covers. Next day I went to Oak Lawn store to get a cover and tried to ask a couple of question but before that happened, the young lady who waited on me excused herself to speak with someone who had just entered the store. She "threw over her shoulder" as she walked away that she would get someone to help me - did not happen. Her badge said Manager. I finally just walked out. My thought is:. If you are going to sell phones, fine, but don't offer services/help you don't/won't give. And, it is good the store on NW Hgwy/Preston Center is gone to as they had the rudest, least caring people of all.

They told us the wait was 20 min. We waited an hour only for the guy to be rude and not helpful. I wanted to upgrade my phone he said it wasn’t possible, and didn’t give me any options.

I went into this store to purchase a new phone using an upgrade I had in my account. The lady assisting me incorrectly placed the order while using my own phone to do so. She charged my account rather than the card I had with me and then was unable to cancel the pending order. After struggling for 30-45 minutes trying to come up with solutions as to how I could still get a phone that day she had me call customer service and speak with them for 20 minutes. They were also unable to cancel the order. Now I'm normally pretty understanding of situations like this and she was clearly flustered and trying to help me get a phone someway. I appreciate her desire to fix the problem but I would have much rather her been straightforward with me as to whether or not it was likely I would even leave with a phone that day. Instead, she kept dancing around that until I eventually asked another employee if I would be able to get the phone or would need to wait until the pending order was cancelled when I didn't pick the phone up. He said yes that was the only option. So instead of telling me this the lady wasted almost two hours of my afternoon working on superficial solutions. And her last solution before I spoke to the other employee was to use the upgrade associated with another phone on my account that does not belong to me. Not only is this an unprofessional solution but the upgrade charge would have also been double what I would have to pay on my own upgrade. All in all a frustrating waste of time that could have ended an hour and a half earlier. I wouldn't be writing this if I was just told that I needed to come back and try again. Three days later and I'm still waiting for my order to magically be cancelled so I can try again...
