Good service, the pharmacist did explain things well, no major problems I experienced so far. Yehh it’s true that the prescription sometimes isn’t ready when you get there, but which Walgreens or CVS or other pharmacies in the state that don’t have this kind of issue loll

The pharmacy here has been very patient, helpful, and kind. Some associates remember me by name and extend a smile, a hello, and a hug or two. I’m so thankful my neighborhood Walgreens is a pleasant place to shop.

TERRIBLE. I am very very sick and went there to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic and nose spray. They would not give me my prescription because they were closing for lunch in 20 minutes. Unbelievable.

Antibiotic script placed at 10:30 AM. Still not ready at 7:45. Was told it would be “handed off to another and filled.” 35 min later I ask how much longer. “We are still working on it,” more questioning, “ well it is in the locked area and I do t have the code aD I’m the only tech here.” I will never go here again. This my third time aD it is always a horrible experience. And no drive through.

I stopped by to get my COVID booster and flu shot and as busy as they were, they were able to take care of me in a timely manner. Nicole was great! So professional and kind. 10/10 highly recommend.

Main pharmacist on duty today, Adam Lewis, did not have good customer service skills—spoke to me in a very condescending voice when i questioned my continued 60 minute wait on a pre-scheduled flu shot (i had arrived early but was told by other staff that wasn’t a problem and I didn’t have to wait until the scheduled time). I watched several people come in after me and leave before me, and I watched the shot-giver tend to the register instead of giving my shot. Adam then made a point to loudly tell his staff the order in which to serve customers, continually moving me further down the line. He told me I was next then called a different patient instead. If i had been told the wait might be a hour, I would have certainly rescheduled and not had myself and my daughter waiting in a pharmacy waiting area for an HOUR! I finally gave up and asked them to cancel my order so I could leave. Some kind fellow patients saw what was happening and allowed me to get my shot and leave….after 65 minutes in store. Super frustrating and I have no intention of doing business at this location ever again.

They are very busy , and very slow . Waited over a half hour for a prescription that they said would be ready around 10:30/11. I came in at 12 and was told “it will just be a few more minutes, the pharmacist needs to verify”. Everyone who went to the counter was told to sit and wait . Then when it was finally “ready” they said they only had 12 pills available while my prescription is for 14. Biggest waste of time . Plenty of employees. Extremely disappointed . And now I have to go back in a few days just for the rest of my prescription. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is actually the worst pharmacy ever. I’ve waited 3 weeks for my prescription, they are always rude on the phone, and overall have had the worst experience ever at this pharmacy.

Absolutely nightmare! My doctors called in my meds twice. Speaking directly to pharmacist. Yet it wasn’t there. I ask they as colleagues have to communicate and ask each other whom took the call. It was there. Excuse: Sorry we forgot the “s” to your last name. We have 415 scripts in front of you. You will have to wait. And even if you use their “Walgreens” app. The script isn’t even processed til you are there in person to pick up. As in they start processing working on it the moment you’re standing in front of them. So 15 minutes. Absolutely worst management! I’ve been a customer for 9 years at this location and last two years have been Hell!

Always out of stock on drugs. No notification so I make a wasted trip. The method of off site pharmacy is terrible. They use giant bottles that don’t fit in drawer for a small pill. Terrible customer service and employees are poorly trained. I will transfer all my meds to a different pharmacy. I was told they didn’t have the medication today to find out they do have but I have to wait additional 30 minutes.

Surprised the reviews aren't higher here. Mockingbird is a nightmare. By comparison, Preston is a dream. Nicole at this location is amazing! She's obviously super bright and makes small work of problems other pharmacies can't seem to figure out.

Literally NEVER have prescriptions ready on time and frequently don’t fill refills submitted via their app.
