I walked inside of Walgreens on feb 6, 2024. I was approached by an employee African lady bald cut she tells me that I have to leave my purse in front of the door store. I didn’t know why but this is my first time visiting the store. I actually don’t stay in the neighborhood I was stopping by to pick me medication up from the pharmacy on my way home. I will never come to this store again I don’t know what they had going on but the male African man tells her no let her come in. I just left THEY SHOULD BE FIRED FOR THAT…. I WAS VERY VERY VERY UPSET ????

Got there at 5:30 and the pharmacist closed when it got to my turn. Had to miss my dosage of blood pressure medication sending me into the ER since it was a beta blocker

I went through the drive through at 6:48, it was closed up so I parked and went inside. I got in line at 6:50, waited 10 min and the pharmacist told the assistant to finish who she was ringing up, but that was going to be her last customer. The pharmacist told me I could come back in the morning. I told him I’d been waiting and I only had one prescription to pick up, it would be be quick. He said it was a Walgreens corporate decision that the assistants don’t get paid after 7, I’d have to come back in the morning. I couldn’t believe it, he wouldn’t serve me even though I had been in line. I work in customer service and it is apparent Walgreens doesn’t encourage serving their customers.

I am reading the store, five stars, because of the overall kindness of the employees with me, exception of one man who is very rude, refusing to tell me his name or wear a name tag and bullies his coworkers into Aldo not telling me. I will not let my experience with him affect my score with this particular wall greens as he is the only issue I have ever had here and as of today, I finally had enough of his harassment and refusal to tell me of his name and so I reported him to corporate and hopefully corporate will address this, this is the first time I ever put his harassment. However, this is not the first time he’s harassed me based on his misunderstanding of how the Walgreens W cash program works. It’s not my job to educate him. I had to do his job every other employee there understands how to use these points any redeeming process he is the only one who not only does not understand it, but is extremely combative in conversation and if you ask him his name, he will tell you to get out of the store as if it is his store. The female coworker today I requested her to tell me his name, and he bullied her into silence after she asked him why he wasn’t wearing his name tag. People like this should not work. Customer service report has been filed and if his blatant disregard for company policy continues more reports will also follow with corporate. I almost took his photograph, however due to his severe instability mentally I did not risk my safety to do so. Walgreens overall is wonderful. The other employees are kind and I feel terrible on behalf of the poor woman who was silenced by that man when she was doing her job correctly. And yes, she was wearing a name tag..

I was employed there in April 2022. I got assulted in July 2022 by a customer over a Cash App transaction. I got hit in the face and my frames was brocken. Police was called. I guess distrect and corperate saw the footage nothing was done about. Still trying to get a better understanding of why I'm not getting taken care of.

I just called this Walgreens to see if they were open which they are open & to speak with a pharmacist about my medications which is how I found out they're open.I don't know why Google Maps has them as temporarily closed, but I can in fact tell you they're open after speaking to the pharmacist.

The employees are completely doesn't care about customer. They hanged up on me 2 times when I requested to cancel my online order then the manager came on the phone were like just give me the name then I cancel it then hang up really fast. I will report this location to the corporate.

This is a tight tight tight Walgreens at Lemmon and McKinney. We'll-stocked, organized and clean shelves. I was amazed at the difference between this store and the CVS across the street. Night and day. My favorite part of the entire experience was meeting Guy at the cashier stand. His pleasant personality made my whole day better.

Tell me why the pharmacist and I said pharmacist.. try to tell me what I should be taking. Your not a doctor. and you Shure not my doctor.... Maybe if you go to school and get your license you can become 1... Lee and you just list a customer. In the pharmacy anyway. You can't fill nothing of mines anymore......

I love this Walgreens location by the way it's at the corner of Jupiter and Northwest highway and Dallas Texas. Ashley is one of the technicians and she is extremely helpful nice and knowledgeable about the products. She makes it her business to learn your name and be friendly and personable. Also one of the pharmacists name is Evelyn. She too is very helpful friendly and learned your name so that she can make you feel welcome. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the medications such as; side effects, contraindications and general information about the medication.

There is something fishy going on at this location......EBay said I needed to go to this location for verification purposes...... I called and asked for the manager and I got ahold of him I was nice and asked had they ever heard of such a thing then I asked for his name and he hung up on me I would like.....I have a shop in Garland next to them and visit them and make purchases minimum 2x a week......but after that I will not frequent this store I will go to the one a little farther away...I love the "small WalMart" and don't wish for them to disappear but this one needs new management........P.S. the older lady in the front is always nice to me the only reason I go there but now I can't even get the managers name other than MR. K
