Monica is amazing at this location! I come here to make deposits for my company. She has excellent customer service skills, friendly and very efficient. Gets me in and out with a smile. Give her a raise!!

Helpful people. Handy location. Great access to ATM. Each Wells Fargo has its own welcoming attitude;however, the location on Oak Lawn near Lemmon is especially helpful and friendly. That staff makes me feel as if nothing is difficult or bothersome for them.

Nice people and good customer service. They do need to work on their scheduling strategy. Only one banker working both times I've come. They try their best to rectify the situation of waiting 30 minutes to see someone. However, scheduling two bankers for any given day would be the most logical solution.

Here I am sitting at this location at 9:07 trying to make a business deposit, but no one is here to assist me in the drive thru. Shades completely down. If they can't even open in a timely manner, I can only imagine all the other things they could screw up. Thankfully I don't bank with them personally! :)

Easy to access. Plenty of parking. The location is usually not busy and there is minimal wait time. The staff is polite and efficient.

I usually dont come to this location but this one happened to be on the way of my destination. Be sure not to show up 5 min early of opening or you'll received with a clearly annoyed teller. Beware. If you have a complaint be ready for the manager to completely deny the situation ever happened and give you a piss poor apology. "I'm sorry you feel that way" is not an apology.. I will be back to the Gaston location as they are far more professional and welcoming than this location.

Worst Wells Fargo experience my mother and I have ever had period. There was only one banker named Rudy there when we first arrived. After waiting nearly fifteen minutes for him to wrap up a conversation with a woman that was no longer about banking, we had to leave to put away our groceries. When we came back thirty minutes later, Rudy was outside in the parking lot. We waited a minute and another customer came in and seated himself. When Rudy came inside, he demanded which customer entered first. I raised my hand and the other party did not protest. Rudy ignored my mother and I standing up and repeated himself to the bank teller "who came in first? Who came in first?" My mother was so beside herself by the experience that she walked out right there. It was really just plain rude. She's been using Wells Fargo for two decades and has never had that kind of experience with a banker.

Dorothy is a wonderful banker. The staff knows me by name and is always as helpful as they can be. Yadira is also a very good banker but I don't know her as well as Dorothy. I go to this location anytime I need to go inside, even if another location is closer.

I went to this location this morning to make a deposit into my mom's account, they would not make the deposit because I didn't have the account number even though I had all her info completed on the slip. I spoke to the store manager Alexa Ashley, she was rude and would not do a one time exception. Because of how rude and aweful This experience was I will be closing my account for good. I've been going to this location since I moved to dallas and never had an expericence like I did this morning. Worst staff ever and I've contacted corporate and her district manager. You should never be rude to customers, I hope she is not a manager any longer.

This is a awesome branch and highly professional. Mrs. Dorthy my personal banker is wonderful. The whole staff has a wonderful customer service skills which is a primary in conducting business and expediting time management.

Quick look rating: 5/5 Quality, 5/5 Service Kind folks here! It is hard to say anything but kind words here! Knowledgable folks that are honest and if they do not know the answer, they will research and find answers for you! I have felt with this small branch for years and they are so polite and helpful! The building is in a strange location for there it is next to a one way street, but I guess that is a plus a s well. The building and floor plan is well laid out. The people here are the big plus here, they really look out for your interest, no pun intended! Great little branch!
