I don’t know what’s happening to this location. Every time I go by the drive-through does not have anybody added is it just that people don’t wanna work or they can’t find anybody I’m confused. But they definitely need to post it on Google that the drive-through is never open

Very bad, your work staff could not deposit a check to my business account, a woman named Maria assisted me and said that my client's check could not be deposited and she did not want to give me a reason, she returned the check to me and told me that I went to my client so they could make me another one, my client was 40 minutes from the bank, so I went to another Wells Fargo bank and they deposited it for me without any problem

I didn’t have an appointment, so they asked me to scan a code and get in line. I was number 2. Then, a man came without an appointment, but they let him cut the line. He went straight to talk to the baker for while. A man who was number 1 in line walked in and had to wait. I followed the instruction and had to wait, too.The text message always replied that I was number 2, and they would let me know when it was time. As a result, I was number 2 until they closed and until the next day. They ever never let me in and canceled my reservation silently.

I went there to close my business account and transfer the balance to my personal account. They said It would be a charge for this internal transfer which is disappointing. They also told me that I need to make a call to customer service to close it which I already did, and customer service service asked me to go to the branch. They asked me to wait because the banker was making a call to know how to do it. After a while I said I changed my mind because It took way too long. The same teller told me I need to again to wait in line to do it. I just left there and am very disappointed

First I had to wait while 2 guys figured out someone's Deposit slip. Then a Lady came from the otherside and helped me. When she finished the 2 guys were still trying to help that 1 person in Drive thru. I guess they don't know what Multitasking or speaking to customers. As give us one moment. Nothing. No CSR skills

Terrible. Place sucks. Rude employees. Completely lack of reasonable flexibility. Slow, long lines. Everything you can think of is bad. As if making fake accounts in people's names unauthorized isnt bad enough. They follow it up with ridiculous policies and an apathetic stance towards clients who dont have 6 figures in their accounts at all times.

Do NOT GOto this location if you have something to do , it seems as if the tellers purposely move slow as possible intentionally ... They have NO SENSE of urgency and it’s shows Corporate/Management needs to see about this location Wells Fargo can’t know this is being ran in such way!!!

Extremely slow Tellers I set in both the drive thru and then proceeded to go inside to attempt to withdraw funds from my account on my hr lunch break needless to say I wasted a entire HR at this location and still did not get the funds as they ran over -1hr as I only needed to get cash out .

Long waiting. One person to serve many people . This is ridiculous!!!
