Searched for a highly rated place to eat after touring the 6th Floor Museum and this was our choice. Ratings were correct, this place is HIGHLY recommended. Our party of 7 got a variety of plates, ranging from the Tomahawk Steak to most all appetizers. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great! Some of our favorite dishes were the Mac and cheese, quail medallions, pork belly, and oysters. Corn bisque highly recommended! The elk tenderloins were not gamey at all and melted in your mouth. Chili and Brussels sprouts were all outstanding. Price wasn't outrageous for the quality of food/service you receive. We all agreed that we'd go back in a second. If in the area, this is well worth a visit.

Chris (manager) and Jorge (server) were excellent as well as the rest of the staff. Great food - holds up to Colorado’s standards. Thanks for having us!

The Buffalo Filet is AMAZING and the service and hospitality was top notch. I highly recommend The Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse.

Steaks were really tasty, although a little off-temp (one a bit under, one a bit over). Sides were nothing to write home about: the smoked baked potato didn't have any detectable smoke flavor, and the creamed spinach was a bit watery. Cheese fritters and chocolate torte were both hits.

Our waiter was the greatest! The food was to die for!! I couldn't decide between the filet mignon or the Buffalo mignon. The waiter recommended the Buffalo and even paired a wine with it for me.

Superb meal and pampered service. Our party of 9 grew to 12 and there was no moaning or contempt, just a willingness to make our guests happy

Bread was cold, stale; steaks were grossly undercooked (raw); no mashed potatoes, although everything on menu came with it; creamed spinach tasteless, no seasoning. For a highly rated place, it was very disappointing! Certainly not Del Frisco's, Three Forks, Chamberlains or any other Dallas steak house I've been to over the years. I was embarrassed in front of my family for picking your joint... and your hostess was a sourpuss too, grossly unfriendly. Bad day for us to take a meal with you. Sorry. won't be back.

The food was not up to standard the ribeye was tough, the smoked baked potatoes were cold did not even melt the cheese that was on there. We asked for a nice table do to the occasion and was placed at the service door where they were bringing food in and out. We felt like we had to duck everytime they walked by. We asked to be moved into a nearby table. The cocktails were subpar i had their version of the old fashion and it was more bitters than anything, i think he forgot to put the alcohol in there. The only thing that was great was the appetizers and the waitress even though she was not notified of my wifes birthday. We spent $400 coming from NC and would not come back.
