If u have the $money to waste - a bottomless supply of patience & understanding for people that give u empty insincere assurances - and u don’t mind having your new toy sitting at their shop for weeks without any completions in sight then U have found the right place !! By all means Buy everything they got & good luck..
I’m sure there will be an arbitrary damage control response to my review - I can’t wait to see it!

Had a great buying experience with Adrian. He was very helpful and made our purchase extremely easy. They were able to transfer a unit from their sister store and get it to us for a great deal. However, issues started when the unit arrived and they started working on the added accessories we purchased with the unit. Javi was very nice but at multiple occasions he gave me conflicting information (parts are shipped, parts are on back order, parts are here, etc). It was sort of a headache going back and forth with them because they would never call me with updates on my unit and every time I called them, I would get conflicting information. But at the end of the day, I received my unit and got most of the accessories I wanted installed so I’m a happy customer.

Took my 2023 Can Am max defender limited in to find a coolant leak. They had it 2.5 weeks and could not find it. Picked it up, dealt with having to keep coolant in it until I hauled it home. Dropped it at the dealer I purchased it from and 24 hours later received a phone call they found the leak. Happened to be the coolant intake on the front cylinder.Will not recommend Crown or use them again.

I just went here today to get some wheels and tires for my polaris ranger. They had no selection in stock and said they could not order me any until they sold the old inventory. What kind of business will not order you a part that you are needing until they sell the inventory that they have that will not work for what I need. The absolute worst service I have ever had I do not recommend them at all. I will take my business somewhere else that wants to order parts when I need them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Phenomenal customer service! I ordered a part 15 minutes before closing time, they had it in stock and one of their salesman delivered it to me an hour later. Very impressive!

They did a great job fixing my two seadoos. They are running great. I would have given 5 stars, but it took 3 weeks. The cost of repair was reasonable.

A 2021 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT was hard for me to find. Once I found it with the help of John the process was the smoothest automotive purchase I have ever had.I made this purchase all over the phone and John was very responsive and helpful throughout. I was able to get a purchase order from him within a day. He was patient with me as I was trying to get my bike financed. He also helped setup delivery and the bike came in perfect shapeLooking at the other reviews it seems like John needs a raise! Thanks again man

Worst dealership in TX. Bought a machine from them 3 years ago and its still sitting because it wont run they have never done anything but blow smoke up my a--. Go anywhere but here to buy your machine

Rode into Del Rio from Fort Worth and had a bad front tire. My buddies kept heading to Big Bend and I made a fast trip to San Antonio to pick up my new front tire. This all happened in a Monday when all bike shops are closed. Tuesday morning I was at this shop with my new tire and old tire, already taken off my bike. These guys were awesome!!! They had my tires swapped out in under 30 minutes. Only charged me $30 too. Would cost me twice that in the DFW area. Excellent customer service and super fast!
