To sum this up.. rude, trashy, horrible, overpriced, crooked. STAY AWAY.
This place has to be paying for 5 star reviews because there’s no way anyone feels that way about this place.
On top of knowingly selling non-working & UNSAFE vehicles, Marilyn has ZERO care for anyone or anything. Do yourself & everyone else a favor and stay FAR away from this company. After trying to start 2 vehicles, that failed, and was told “they won’t start because it’s really sunny” I was able to start & drive & purchase a truck from Big 7 (I should’ve known better) after driving for a few days I found out that they had put expanding foam in the hoses & other parts of the engine to “fix it” and “patch some holes” I am no mechanic but I’m smart enough to know not to do that. If anything goes wrong they’ll basically tell you to kick rocks, you’re on your own. I’m honestly amazed this place is still in business. Everything about it is WRONG.

?????Highly Disappointed I have referred several people to this dealership and one was a close family Member of mines. Today she went in to get her Rotors fix per the contract when she brought it. She also noticed her lights on the inside didn’t work so she informed them. Mike ?♂️?I guess the owner came out the dealership where she was on the steps and demanded she get off the phone. He then Go on to say he knows her (Boyfriend) took the tracker of the car and Threw it in the bottom of Galveston bay. He said he did the 2 days after she purchased the car. My Family Member then asked why would we do that he stated (You People) ??♀️don’t want to pay y’all car note. She said excuse me my car note if paid early every time. He said he didn’t like her tone and she can go stand on the Highway until her car is finished. He treated her like trash falsely, accused her of taking a tracker off and then put her on the side of the highway. This is past bad business. It’s Horrible Customer Service I feel so bad to have to have referred her to this Dealership!! Never Do business with people that think (You People) Money ain’t green and you do accept respect!! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!

Find somewhere else to buy a vehicle. I made payments that went all the way through to December. Where are in November and I went in and made $1,000 payment before my next payment due date. They did not apply it to the principal and they said they don't do that.

The worst car dealership ever. Everybody is so eager to make a sale and clearly in need of money at this place, that is ridiculous. Don't care about anybody but themselves and will sell you a broken toilet and say it's brand new. KARMA is real!

I had less than perfect credit and got financing here. I bought a pick up truck for $10,000. I was not informed that I was actually going to pay closer to 18,000. I was highly disappointed about that but I do have a truck to drive now. I was also not informed that the warranty was going to cost me as well. It was to expensive. I had to decline it.
