Made a reservation, tried to call ahead of time to make sure they actually had vehicles available (I watched that Seinfeld episode) but nobody picked up the phone despite trying multiple times.Of course when I got there, no vehicles were available. That's when they told a different customer to call ahead to make sure vehicles are available, but when I pointed out he didn't pick up when I tried all morning, he told me to shut up. Genuinely horrible experience and will be swapping out whatever vehicle I get stuck with as soon as possible.

I rented a dirty van told the gentleman when I rented it when I returned he made me vacuum it there job that's why I paid $400 I think it's terrible to threatened to charge me hundreds of dollars because you don't want to vacuum and I have pictures before and after but it's hard to complain when you won't answer

I’m a grieving mother, my son was killed in a mass shooting recently. So I moved here to get away and was going to Uber to make money until I found a job. I made my reservation nearly two weeks in advance. I took an Uber there and had to take an Uber back home because I was told that for some strange reason their system doesn’t accept Michigan drivers license. So the attendant called her supervisor and he informed her to put it in some machine and she said she did and it was green then he proceeded to tell her, “Oh yeah it’s just something about the Michigan drivers license, our system won’t accept them” I don’t understand how a system can completely discriminate against an entire state. Then he proceeded to tell her to tell me to get a Texas license and feel free to come back and I was turned away. I was standing there with my mouth hanging open and just couldn’t understand why an establishment would turn down an entire state. My feelings were hurt and I was definitely embarrassed. Not to mention while sitting in your lobby for nearly 40 minutes waiting my turn when there was only 2 people ahead of me, I had to watch a little girl flip and dance through the lobby and the parents not stop her and listen to a conversation between two people in the lobby talking about how someone shot someone else and that’s what he gets. It broke my heart being a grieving mother, to hear someone be happy that someone lost their life. The entire experience was horrible.

Made reservations to pick up a vehicle on 10/12/2023. A representative called me to confirm. I stated please changed the time to 1300 instead. Due to a doctor's appointment. Once there the man at the counter stated my name. I said yes he proceeded to say they didn't have any vehicles at the location. Nor the location off HWY 67. Now I'm curious because I made reservations. How is it you have no vehicles when I can clearly see over a dozen and a half of them parked on the side of building? Rep said if someone come by 1500 he will have a vehice and will call me.Needless to say no call by rep. Very poor customer service.

Worse experience I ever had with a car rental business. They took my money but gave me a filthy car that looks like it went through a dust storm. Then expected me to clean it up when the car should have been clean already. The second car they gave me still was dirty had to use my own money to go get it deep cleaned and the whole floor in the back is coming up. But Avis refuse to fix it or give me a car with no problems. They don’t care what the condition the car in just as long as it drive and will take your money. And over charge your credit card every week. No one should ever have to experience what I’m experiencing. They also don’t pick up the phone I called 15 times no answer. Drove up there the dude on his phone. This place is so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

People there they’re not doing their job rightPlease don’t rent from this place is not good they just Stealing money from you I return the car and they charge me with empty gas tank and I put gas more then I got it

Danny was amazing. I was a rather difficult customer in that I had unusual needs. The staff was MORE than accommodating and put up with me at every turn. I was frazzled & stressed, but they weren't rude or anything. I am more than pleased with the customer service I received here. I'll definitely be back at this location. Thanks Danny!

I have rented vehicles for the past year from this particular Avis to take my son back and forth to college. When I tell you Diamond and the crew always take care of me. They are so nice and very helpful. The vehicles are always on point and when there was a snafoo they were right there to fix it. I love them.
