Easy to book. Pick up was a breeze. Gave me a clean car for a great rate. Flexible wen i returned an hour late due to traffic. I only have a debit card and they were ok with that. I respect it and ill definitely use Avis again.

Today marks my second visit to Avis, expecting it to be open at 7 AM. Unfortunately, for the second time, I find no employee on-site. This situation poses a significant inconvenience, especially for those rushing to catch a flight or for those on a schedule. It's frustrating that the store's opening time isn't reliable, because a few adults can’t get to work on time. As of now (7:10 AM), the employee has just shown up, highlighting the ongoing issue. This location needs to start some type of attendance policy about being late because this is ridiculous.On top of that I rented a car and they didn’t have any because they are not being returned until 9, although I was allowed to put in the reservation for 7:00 AM. This goes back to how they need to open on time, because then I wouldn’t have had to waste my time waiting on something that wasn’t there.

I didn't visit the place, but the person I dropped off and picked back up did.Per his report this store is much more preferable than the closer one in cedar Hill. He reported that they were prompt, courteous and far more pleasant to deal with. If I recall correctly, he even mentioned that from now on he's coming here instead of the one closer to his home in cedar Hill.

I got in and out quickly. The guy was good kind and quick. Gave a muscle car, lol. One of them new charges. Those cars are fast but too fast for me.. Nice place, though.

Reserved a car online. Paid online. When I arrived to pickup a car the clerk was surprised that the order went through the system because they didn't have any cars. Avis charged my card 108.00. I called the 333-1212 number and after a long wait I talked to a woman who said they would refund the $108. That was done on the 7/20 the same day that I made the reservation. Their automated phone system is horrible. As of 7/24 no refund.

I went in to Avis a car rental to rent a car on the morning of my travel and was met by Richie who was there on May 23, 2023 to assist me. This young man was very professional and knowledgeable. My visit there was very quick. I was in my rented vehicle and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely refer others to this location.

They called me 3 times asking if I was returning the car on the date I preselected on the app to return it. As soon as I pulled up in the parking lot the receptionist was outside emptying the night box. She walked right over to the Toyota I rented & PRE PAID for. They was calling me like I was pushing a Tesla. Beyond annoying, everything is done from the app & pre paid to avoid annoying repetitive calls. First Avis to call me to ensure car would be returned on pre selected date. Despite me modifying the return date & time on the. They clearly have a disconnect somewhere
