Disastrous attitude of the employee named Rudy, I returned some valves that they gave me the wrong one and a used one, he asked me for the receipt and I responded that I didn't have it but that it would be reflected in his system with the phone number and he told me ok, give it to me, The last purchase was reflected and he told me: only 1 piece is in the system, and not the 2, to which I replied: how strange, I bought several things apart from these 2 valves, and he responded with a bad attitude, how do you want me to? I know if nothing comes out here, turning around and hitting the monitor, I need the receipt and you don't bring it, I told him ok, I can ask for a photo of the receipt, let him go for my cell phone, and he told me well ok. When I try to show him the receipt, he tells me I'm not going to return the 2, just 1, and I ask him: so why did you ask me for the receipt? and he starts to... I didn't ask you, you come demanding it from me and he starts to speak in a higher tone and starts blaming me for being the one who didn't understand because "I didn't want to understand", obviously I responded that it wasn't like that, that he should not blame me for things that he demanded "in order to help me" he began to say endless stupid excuses and as I responded by denying what he stated, in the end he just said: that's it. Seriously, just because I'm not as bad as this "sir" I didn't tell him everything he deserved. I won't go to this place again.

Poor customer service, for every question you may have, the manager has an answer with an attitude, or a sarcastic remark like “no return, we don’t lend out items”A simple no or not with this product will do you know…Not all employees are like that but expect bad service from this guy.

Good customer service and affordable prices the manager julian was very helpful and got me the parts the very next day when the competition would of gotten the parts till Monday today is Saturday so by Sunday after 10 am my parts will get here
