Not only was I there for 3 hours but I have not gotten my card. It's been about 2 months and I think it's time to change banks. But there was a good side, Mark helped me really quick and was straight to the point. I really do recommend him yo many people.

Consistently slow drive-up teller service. Drive up service hours are very limited even during weekdays. With COVID, you would hope they would increase drive up hours to minimize contact.

I am not sure why I still use BOA. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. Super long lines, never open when the rest of the business world is open, and the one on 10th is closed for weeks on end with no explanation.
