I'm currently 7th in line and there's only one teller. This is unacceptable! I've never seen staffing like this at a bank.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The ATM machine stole my check and now I have to wait up to 45 days to get the issue resolved. These people knew their system was down the day prior and failed to put a sign In The ATM machine. Even after what happened to me they still failed to put up a sign for over an hr affecting other customers.

We arrived and 2 other people arrived after us. When they were ready to assist they said they couldn't help us because we didnt register our arrival in the app. My annoyance is that my mom is elderly. What if elderly ppl are not tech savvy then what? They have to wait longer? Aside from that.. This bank has been nothing but issues. We have come twice to remedy an error and here we are 3 years later and they still can't get it right.

Quite literally WORST BANK EVER!!!!! TELLERS ARE LAZY, QUIT give your job to someone who wants to work! Presidents, fix your ATM machines, hire more employees, run a business people want to be a part of. Already in the process of leaving this bank PERMANENTLY.

What a worst bank.To bad that's where I bank at.Only one teller and about 12 people waiting.While they have four people sitting on their desk just greeting customers with a welcome.35 minutes just to make a deposit.And drive tru even worst.

Since it switched to pnc wait time at teller has increased to almost an hour in line. Deposits take a day now too. Will be looking for new bank.

If I could just give 0 stars I would. If you need to go and see a banker be prepared to wait for more than an 11/2hr.to 2 hrs Besides that, bankers don't know what are they doing. Be careful they will say they will charge you for a lower amount. But you end up paying a higher amount. They never answered the phone.

This bank has literally given me such a struggle. I am always getting fraudulent charges to my card and they have even been able to change all my information somehow . I am on my 3rd time getting a fraudulent charge and last time they reissued me a card it took almost 2 months . Waste of time bank at this point .
