This is my favorite Bank location where I conduct my personal business transactions. Mr.Ruben always greets me by my last name. That shows me he acknowledges and remembers me with courtesy and respect. Coffee is always fresh. Thank you staff for your exceptional customer's service expectations.

Deposited my cash into the ATM at 8:58pm on Friday cutoff is apparently at 9pm still held my money until Tuesday....horrible and customer service was no help whatsoever.... definitely gonna be looking for a new bank cuz idk how much more mess ups I can take

I have nothing but good things to say about my friends at LSNB off Freddy Gonzalez and 10th St! Every single person that I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and pleasant! Whether you are greeted through the drive up lanes or inside the lobby, everyone is always so nice and helpful. Thank you LSNB for always making me feel like family... you all are the BEST!!
