if i could give this store zero stars i would.i went a couple of days ago with a friend, he was going to connect a phone that i gave him because his got wet and couldn't see the screen. he had called customer service to change device but customer service told him to go to a store because they couldn't by pass the one time pin. anyways, we went and the "manager" didn't even try to log in into his account, she accused him of FRAUD and told him that he had to wait 3 MONTHS to active the device and thats were i jump in and told her if she could please show me were it said that? and she said that it was a metro policy which i told her that she was wrong because that is not true because she can get in real trouble if she says that, i proceded to ask her again "is that a metro policy or is that a dealer policy" and then she said it was a dealer policy, i told her to show me proof because my friend needed that phone and he couldnt afford one thats why i was giving him my old one. she then proceded to accused me of fraud saying that they were going to get a charge back due to the phone not being activated for more than 3 months, i told her that the phone was not activated on her store and that the number was still active so that wasn't fraud, she then proceded to deny helping us because she couldn't do anything. i told her i was going to write the review and she then proceded to say "i don't care, do whatever you gotta do but i ain't going to put my job on the line"well, by not doing your job and by being unprofessional and unknowledgeable is how you put your job on the line. i feel sorry for the guy who she was training because thanks for "managers" like her is the reason why possible good employees don't last.

It's metro by t-mobile so it like having t-mobile service at half the price would recommend they got okay signal

Yesterday i went for an upgrade ; The mobile expert Jasmine was all smiles and very patient very kind and very knowledgeble not only did she go above and beyond with her exceptional customer service but also ensured i received the best products for my specific needs i ended up leaving with my brand new N20 which i absolutely love. I highly recommend for anyone to visit this location

The first thing I noticed about this metro location upon walking in was that it was clean and organized. I was immediately greeted and helped by Migdalia. She was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The entire process was painless and easy. Great customer service! I would recommend this metro location to anyone.

I went to another metro and they gave me super bad service I left and I stopped at this one to see if they can help me and Rosa gave me the best customer service and was able to help me! Thank you so much will definitely recommend this store

Store has bad phone customer service. I called several times and they would pick up the line and then hang up the line. I know it wasn't a phone malfunction because I was able to hear the background of people talking.

Unprofessional. Horrible service.. Don't buy a phone from this place.. They'll sell you bad phones and accuse you of breaking it... They really do not care.. if you plan on buying a phone use another phone company... And is specific this store... Be smart spend your money elsewhere.. and they added insurance without even telling me and charged me for it.

Metro pcs used to be a good service since they cancel lines on the store, now they send you to the s***t telling you to call costumer service and the guy who I asked (mathew) just told me "aaaww I don't know, I don't do the policy "" I just asked why I can't cancel a line. Useful service in this store they just want line payments, but don't provide services.
