Kay was very helpful and nice! We went in to buy a new phone and she helped answer all questions we had and helped us pick out the best one for our needs. She made us feel right at home with her amazing customer service!

The store and associates avoid issues and are quick to throw you over to 611 when it is not an issue they can resolve. My scenario was I went to the store they couldn’t find my screen protector purchase to qualify for the free replacements (as I’ve been doing since 2019). I called 611 they said they don’t know why they would have referred me to the call center when they don’t have the same system the store has to pull up these purchases. Went back to the store and told them this and they said there’s nothing they can do.Another scenario: (different account) we stepped into the store they couldn’t find the purchase for the free replacement except for a different phone that wasn’t even on the account. We explained that a while back we were sold that screen protector from the iPhone 13 because they told us it would work for the 12. They refused to honor the warranty and told us we would have to order it ourselves as they didn’t have it in stock. Upon placing the order, we saw that the location we were at were showing to have some in stock. We brought it up to Vayron and he went to the back and suddenly found it. (The first time he looked over his shoulder to the screen protectors and didn’t see any on the shelf and told us out of stock) We paid for the screen protector that day and ended up calling customer care later on to advise of the situation that transpired, customer care assured that the iPhone 13 screen protector WOULD WORK for the iPhone 12 and being that we had that 13 on the case they should have honored the warranty at the store. Customer care stated they put notations that the store needed to refund the $55 paid and the reason behind it and for us to just step into the store and they would take care of the rest. Again stepped into the store the following day, they asked what they could assist with, we said refund and they chuckled about that response and said refund???? After explaining the reason behind it and checking the notes they went out of their way and got with a manager who advised that the screen protector purchased that day would have to be removed by them and then they would order it as a replacement screen protector & it would arrive in 7-10 days. Of course a multi billion dollar company would go above and beyond to find the loophole in the notations and make this a huge deal. We told the guy what would happen those 2 weeks if the phone screen breaks while we’re waiting for a screen protector and his response is that is out of our hands. Meaning you’re screwed if it were to crack at tht point. STAY AWAY FROM TRENTON & 281 LOCATION!!

If there was a negative zero star. I'd give that. Terrible customer service. Very slow. They came to help me then didn't come back for 30 minutes and then asked the same question "have you been helped" after I was clearly getting helped. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Phenomenal service at this location! Kay helped us feel like we were with family as our phones were being upgraded. Great vibes from the staff throughout. Kudos to Stefany for running a great operation!

Very bad manager she has black hair and middle aged, has attitude for no reason and workers did not want to give me their names as well who serviced me. Needs training in customer service and I will hear back from corporate soon I emailed them

I went to this store twice for assistance on one of my devices that didn’t have internet even though I was paying monthly bill to get it to work, and the manger of this establishment and their workers are either trying to get you to leave as soon as possible or they give you more attitude the more you ask questions, would never recommend coming here. Please go to another t mobile establishment, me voy.

Horrible customer service. Attended to us as soon as we came in, but seemed like they wanted us out asap. When I've worked with other stores and providers they take their time to answer our questions and these people ran through our new phone set up in less than 10 minutes instead of allowing us to set up our phone the way we wanted it. All employees just sitting around, and in the middle of our set up the employee tending to us went to the back and came back smelling like chips.
