Worse wendys to go too! These kids working there are always cussing while customers are in lobby. I'm sure Harvey and Oscar wouldn't be happy to hear about this store I worked at wendys myself and none of this was acceptable not to mention. Workers stand by the restroom door and smoke marijuana carts during work.I will be contacting there HR department because the manager doesn't do a thing about it. Worse wendys EVER

Food is usually pretty good. But the service is terrible. The lady who was running the drive thru was extremely rude and should not work customer service. I can't believe how rude she was and it ruined my breakfast. I didn't even get anything because of how rude she was. I hope the managers handle that because if they let people like that work there then that's sad. Hope she learns how to treat people who are nice to her.

I went to Wendy’s this morning for breakfast. I brought a sausage biscuit and potatoes. I told the worker that The potatoes were cold. She asked me “are you sure? We just dropped them”. NO WAY IN HELL YOU DID. She asked me to pull up then I proceeded to check my sandwich. The biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and the sausage looked old. I proceeded to return that. She then proceeded to apologize and hand me the remade food. BUT when I checked the remade food I noticed that the potatoes were hot but when I looked at it I noticed the dropped the same potatoes back in the oil because they were Hollow and hard. The new biscuit wasn’t any better. The sausage looked stale and the biscuit.. although lighter in color.. it was hard as well! money wasted for sure but this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location so I won’t be returning.

The drive thru makes you wait for 20 minutes before taking your order then tells you they do not have the items you want they take one car at a time worst experience ever.

I went inside and waited over 20 minutes. No one came to take my order. They would just look at me and tell me they were busy with drive thru. I don't understand the purpose of having a lobby if you are only going to help drive thru customers.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Wendy's that warrants a zero-star review. I placed an order for a ten-piece nugget meal and a cup of chili, expecting a satisfying meal. However, what I received was far from that.First and foremost, they failed to include the ten-piece nuggets in my order, which was a significant oversight. Additionally, I had requested hot sauce and crackers to accompany my chili, which they also neglected to provide. To add insult to injury, I had ordered a specific dipping sauce that was nowhere to be found.The lack of attention to detail, poor service, and inability to fulfill a straightforward order request left me utterly dissatisfied. This experience not only wasted my time but also ruined what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. It's disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback reaches the management, as a simple 10-second review of orders for correctness could have prevented this entire ordeal. It's a small step that can make a significant difference in ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.Dietary restrictions: Do not trust the restaurant to respect your dietary restrictions.

The customer service here is terrible ?. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. Finally asked someone if anyone wud be taking our order. He pointed at his coworker and 5 minutes later still had NOT taken our order. Terrible service. Terrible atmosphere!! Staff is UNFRIENDLY!! THIS PLACE NEEDS AN OVERHAUL!!!
