This hotel is nice but I must say my first night I had to walk in to a hot room A/c was not turned on. On my way to take a shower I had my husband kill two big roaches the second night we got a different room which upon walking in we encountered more roaches and again the A/C was off I had to call and request for a room change and it seem like all rooms you walk in have A/C off and I must say they don’t work.if your okay with sleeping with roaches and no A/C then this is your hotel I personally wouldn’t recommend

The most ratchet MOTEL that I have ever stayed in. The window curtain area had bugs coming out the cracks. The walls were completely dirty. My shower floor was so nasty that I showered by placing a towel on the floor. Horrible experience with Quality Inn and Suites. Just to be fair, not all rooms looked like mine. Maybe it was just the first floor I don’t know but my room was absolutely disgusting.

The room is hot. Not going to be able to sleep it’s so hot. The staff said, “all the rooms are like that.” Letting y’all know so you are warned.
Meanwhile, down the road at Whataburger the air conditioning is masterful.

This experience was so relaxing!!!! It was quiet at night even on a weekend!!! The staff here was very nice. Cathia helped me out with all my questions I had at check out ! She is so nice and deserves a raise!!!!

HORRIBLE WIFI
Pretty run down, AC doesn't work well at all, stains on the carpets, had to buy a fan to stay cool during the day, also the wifi here is absolutely horrible, I'm right above the office and I don't even get 1 bar of wifi here

TERRIBLE HOTEL VERY DISGUSTING STAFF WITHOUT TRAINING VERY DIRTY HOUSEHOLDS IN THE DAYS I WAS THERE WERE 8 THEY ONLY DID THE CLEANING ONE DAY THE SCREY CORRIDORS FULL OF DEAD CRICKETS IN THE PARKING LOT THE CANS ALL THE GARBAGE SPREADED... THERE IS NO BREAKFAST ONLY 2 CUPS OF COFFEE NO FRUIT ONLY 2 BAGS OF OAT CEREAL THERE IS NOTHING THEY OFFER...A DISGUSTING SMELL IN THE ROOMS AND THE COST TOO MUCH FOR HOW DIRTY THIS PLACE IS.... I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER RETURN AND THEY SUGGESTED THAT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND A FEW NASTY DAYS, DO NOT USE IT, IT IS A DISGUSTING HOTEL, STARTING WITH ITS STAFF, IT DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN THE STAR WITH THE RATING IT AWARDS.

Do not stay here!!! So not worth it, they’re lucky we arrived at 2am and just wanted to get some sleep ASAP but the bathroom in our room wasn’t even touched when it came to housekeeping!! Hair in the shower, sink, stains in the shower from who knows what. It was literally just ignored, no one even tried to clean it.
Also they keep the AC in their rooms completely off if there is no one in there, so when you arrive it’s super hot and stuffy and takes over an hour to fully cool the room down. So ridiculous especially when it’s summer in Texas!!
No elevators as well so make sure you don’t have loads of luggage.
This hotel has potential but it’s obvious the staff doesn’t care.

Every thing was good and I do recommend. The room was clean and neat. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was that the room was hot when we checked in and had to wait about an hour for it to cool down.other than that it was good.

They get no stars from me but I was forced I will never stay there again they changed me 150 due to a smell never smoked in the room and no pets so where is the 150 charge for and yes I do want my money back I follow the rules and still got charged
Rooms: Are small and they have the small mini fridge and the air is on the other side of the room
