Avoid this location. Had doctors send my prescription to them. The day of pick up they said it would be ready by 630 . We called and they said it wasn’t ready and they would call.never heard anything back. Called doctor to transfer to Walgreens. Walgreens could not complete prescription bc CVS said they completed the order. They are incompetent and dishonest.

I had the worst customer service experience today. This pharmacy closed at 6pm and I arrived around 5:50 to pick up my medication. My medication was prepaid, so all the staff had to do was scan the barcode and give it to me. There were two cars ahead of me. It took a very long time for the first car to receive their medication. By the time they got to the 2nd car, it was 5:58. Once they were done with that car it was 6:01. I pulled up and the garage door began to go down right in front of my face, signifying that they were closing! I sat in line for a while waiting to pick up my medications I already paid for, and they didn’t show any type of remorse nor did they care!I’m taking my business elsewhere! I refuse to continue to invest in a company that mistreats its customers. Based on the other reviews, it seems as if this place is known for terrible service!

The pharmacy sucks I would give it 0 stars. . I have tried for a week to get my medication with no luck. I have called over and over again being put on hold for 30+ minutes. They say they are out and will be restocked the next day. Every-time they continue to be out of stock or they do not enough to fill the order. The employee are rude and disrespectful. They lost another customers

I went to CVS here in Ennis yesterday. The drive thru was not working so I sent my teenage daughter in, but then got out and went in with her. The man that was helping us was very rude, I couldn’t get a word in without him throwing his hand up talking to me like I’m a kid. He continued to tell me to hold on with his hand, he seemed to be having an issue with entering my insurance information to my daughters account. So I told him he could pull up my account and just take that info and apply it to hers,,, he threw his hands up and told me to wait, I’m trying to do something,, he talked aggressively to me the entire time with his hands. He then asked a lady that was there for help, he explained to her I was the daughter,,,, I told her no I’m the mother and this is my daughter, he again threw his hands up again and told me to wait I’m trying to explain something… I immediately asked for my insurance card back and left.. Later on that night I get on Facebook to see that the lady clerk had posted on her page that ..in soo many words that church folks and pastors and pastors wives are the rudest,, they should be ashamed of themselves..??♀️… yes , I’m a wife of a Pastor, but I will not let anyone in any type of establishment disrespect me,, I felt very uncomfortable in that situation so I asked for my card and I left. Very disappointed with what happened, never had anyone be soo rude and uncaring. Clearly he speaks like this on a regular, because he was too comfortable doing it. CVS DO BETTER,, More training is definitely needed,,,

I call CVS pharmacy about a prescription they didn’t have in stock and I was on hold for 44 minutes and still no answer It was a controlled prescription and I called earlier enough before my Doctors office closed and had I known that my Doctor has to write another prescription and send to another pharmacy to fill I wouldn’t have to go the weekend without my medication. So I hang up go to the store and five employees and the pharmacist are working and one employee is unloading a shipment bins and continues to do so until finishing a bin very poor customer service. Very disappointing

Pharmacist decided to explain a situation today in a condescending manner when I called on the phone. I am not a child!! Then I showed up early to pick up a prescription where he proceeded again to talk to me like I was 4 ? Rest of staff is amazing, friendly, kind and extremely helpful.

I stopped in in a hurry and forgot to grab my cash back from the self checkout. I came back an hour later after realizing it and after verifying on video the store promptly and courteously returned my money. Thank you.

The pharmacy is closed for lunch every weekday 1:30 to 2:00 coincidentally the same time the wallgreens right across the streets is too, which is also the most convenient time for me to visit, just another reason not to do business in Ennis

Lost a customer. I didn’t get greeted when I walked up. I was the only one in line at the pharmacy. An older man walks up to the counter next to me, and gets greeted and helped first. I got an excuse that the guy who helped the older man just didn’t see me. He did. I will no longer use this pharmacy. Plenty of options that I’m sure will be happy to have my money.
