This is the second time I came here with separate phone issues .don't waste your time cause they won't bother to really look into your issue or like they told me go to the metro you bought your metro phone from.got news for ya, Your supposed to be able to help any metro customer whether they bought the phone from your location or Florida ! Turned out my problems was a simple fix but when your not trained well this is as good as it gets here ! Our future is in trouble .

I went there to buy a phone I was was help by some rep name Ivan, he seems friendly but I was overcharge , I called store right after but no one answered. bad service , I new he was bad he had helped me before at Corsicana location , I was overcharge with an activation fee and insurance , I DONT NEED THAT AND I WAS NOT OFFERED OR IWAS NOT AWARE OF ANY ADD ON MY ACCOUNT , If I could give 0 starts I will , SWITCHING To cricket , service may not be as good but at least I know I’m not gonna be overcharge ... GUYS don’t go to this store and if you guys go make sure to ask for a receive and explanation about what you guys paying for
