I have been going to this pharmacy for year and years and other than the fact that they are busy they are still by far my favorite pharmacy. I never run into any problems with them and they are usually very accommodating. It’s a little neighborhood pharmacy where the pharmacists and the techs know me personally and are always kind and helpful. I will be very sad when I was move because I don’t think I’ll find something comparable to this place.

I visited Kroger in Euless on Main St./Harwood this evening and will not be returning to this store. Less than half of the employees that I encountered were wearing masks. There was no one at the entrance to wipe down carts as other grocery stores are doing. I wear a mask because I care about the health of the employees as well as other shoppers. All studies show that masks do little to protect the person wearing it, but a lot to protect those that they come in contact with. But the employees don't seem to be educated on safety. If they were, they'd be wearing masks to protect the customers. The young woman at the self-service area was not wearing a mask and walked right up to me when I asked her a question, rather than just answering my question from a few feet away where she was standing. I know she meant well, but it's apparent that the employees are not being properly trained or informed. While Texas is in the initial reopening phase of Covid-19, cases in this county are still on the rise and the virus is extremely contagious. The store was quite busy for 8:00 pm and hardly any of the customers were wearing masks. I guess a lot has to do with how a store is run. I know you can't enforce mask wearing for the public, but it starts by example. If the store cared more about the safety of their employees and their customers, it would clearly show in the way the store was managed.

Pretty good choice for my supermarket needs. The sales are great too! I always get my larger grocery purchases from here because they have the best ads and digital coupons! Make sure to download their app as well! Staff is pretty great too and customer service is typically great!

According to Kroger's web site and Facebook page they have provided their employees with masks to wear during the COVID-19 pandemic. HOWEVER, the employees do NOT have to wear them. It is obvious to me that Kroger does not have any empathy for its elderly customers with regards to their health. The store manager told us that if we felt people violating our social distance makes us uncomfortable to either keep it to ourselves or not shop there. !!!! After more than 25 years we have chosen NOT to shop here. Kroger is giving its customers a false sense of security. It seems to me things are bad enough without stores taking this "me first" attitude when it comes to protecting its employees and customers from COVID-19.

During CORONAVIRUS MANIA 2020 this place has a 3 day lead time on pickup as of 3/20/2020. I was a former Arlington/Fielder patron, and when I found this one I was so thankful. The vegetable selection was much more complex. Many great offerings that Fielder just didn't have. The store was set up a bit better, albeit seemingly smaller in Sq. Feet. Another thing about this store, as all Kroger's go, they are very great about inclusive hiring. This is prominent here, and the staff are some characters. Stephen is a cool guy. The younger folks are funny. Most recently, when they were exceptionally busy on a Thursday (pre Armageddon) I listened to one kid go on a very unprofessional rant about how "management is garbage" and they "just come to work, put in the 8 and go home because the place is going down" but that can happen when you deal with a teen workforce. I LOVE the points! Get the app, it is worth it. You save a ton, and get some great gasoline benefits. Also, During CoronaGeddon, do pickup. It's a decent bet to not have to deal with deep, dry coughing folks.

10 hours and medicine still not ready
February 2020 by Lanna McGee
First, I tried calling in my prescription, twice, and the phone rang for five minutes with no answer, so I drove up there and placed my prescription. I was told it would be filled within two hours and I would get a call, I didn’t get a call. With life being busy you forget things... three days go by and I remember about it.

My review based on Pharmacy experience Service and refill should be faster and more considerate the wait time. 3 staffs are on the phone ( one is pharmacist which is understandable). If you do not care for walk in customers, you should leave the note " call in only". I wish the management do something because Kroger is 5 minutes from my house.

This is review for the Pharmacy The people at this Kroger Pharmacy are just excellent. After using Walgreen and Cvs for last few years..this is just a breath of fresh air. Cvs on Hall Johnson have got to be the worst drugstore ever.

I wrote a review about my experience here but wanted to give them another chance and the benefit of the doubt so I deleted my bad review. The people here are SO rude with the worst customer service that it is disgusting! They should take some notes from the staffs at Albertsons. As much as I think the ppl there are rude, I still order my groceries because I have two kids under 3 and hardly have time to leave home. I've had a handful of moldy foods a few times but suck it up because I just don't have time to deal with it or run back... I've also called last time to pick up my item because they forgot to give me my items but gave me an attitude for saying I was on my way to get it, even though the previous operator said it was okay to. Anyway, I picked up my groceries at 3 pm today and put everything away at 3:20 pm since I live down the street. I was about to cut my daughter an apple to eat but it was dripping in black liquid from the mold! Omg, it is molded and disgusting! How does one not notice it when it stuck out like a sore thumb? It touched other pieces also! Not only that, my steak looked like it was man handled and not cared for.. The Saran part has a tear exposing the meat and the price label is ripped without the price tag on it. I wrote to corporate because this is unacceptable... I spend on average about $100 or more a week so I'm truly disappointed. I hope the health department checks them out

Came here for random night shopping. I only got 2 things like ginger beer and donuts. I wish the sushi bar had more veggie sushi on stock to get. I was planning on getting pomegranates, but they were $4 for 2 disappointing. I a huge pomegranate addict. But although it was slow. and Okay.

Kroger Pharmacy in Euless is wonderful. The Pharmacists, their staff and their prices are the best.

5:00 pm height of the busiest part of the day and there are 2 cashiers working, 2 self service lanes, and all lanes are backed up into the isles. Ridiculous. I end up sacking my own groceries and all the time by the way, mostly to save myself to get out of there!

I Love Kroger Pharmacy in Euless.Have been using them for 10 years. The staff goes out of their way to get a problem solved!! Would NOT go anywhere else

This is by far the most disgusting Kroger I've ever stepped foot into. I'm absolutely ashamed of having this place in our neighborhood. The store smells like rotten chicken. Expired products everywhere you look. Just take a look at the pumpkins they all look like they have tumors / fungus growing them. Welcome to Kroger where cleanliness is the least priority. Be sure double check your items didn't expire months ago!

Put me on hold for ten minutes, all of sudden somebody hang up the phone.I wish I give a zero star.

Worst customer service ever! Disgusting how the cashiers and non existent baggers have no idea on how to treat paying customers. I honestly believe Kroger should give them Classes on customer service. I've been going to this location for the 13 yrs that I've lived in Texas and by far this is the worst it's been. Cashiers are slow and rude. Never a smile Or a greeting from them. I always end up bagging my own groceries.

Their pricing is the best and I have only experienced excellent service from everyone.

The management has instilled a perfect sense of lack of urgency in nearly every cashier. There is no sense of value for the customer. While waiting in a line 3 deep, it took two calls for help over the PA for cashier assistance and 20 minutes for someone to respond. My line didn't move and neither did the only other one open. Employees where casually working and chatting up each other and those fortunate customers at the head of the line. This is a normal experience every day at this store. Point of fact, a manager never even made an appearance at the front to help out. I'm taking my business across the street and give them a try.

I have yet to get a straight answer with regards to B12 shots now being offered. 1st day to female pharmacist, Q: how much are the B12 shots A: You need a prescription. 2nd day phone-in, Q: Why do I need a prescription for B12 shots A: You Don't. Q: How much are they A: hold on a minute please........I was wrong you do need a prescription for the B12. My physician informs me I shouldn't need one. Never-the-less, guess I'll have to get one to make my life easier. :(

Its 4pm on a Saturday and no one is here to tend to the customer service desk. Then there was an altercation at the checkout lanes between 2 customers and a male worker but luckily a fight didn't break out. Phones going off non-stop. Line building up. Smh. Ahew chile the ghetto.

Came in here to get the price corrected on my order that i made on the 4th. The customer service rep. at the store I bought it at said I could return it at any store, because that's their policy. I stood in line here for about 30 minutes. When I finally got to the counter a very rude and angry attendant told me I must have picked the wrong item up. She refused to contact the other store to confirm the price or assist in any way. She told me she wouldn't help me because it was an alcoholic item and it came from another store. so apparently when a law abiding citizen purchases a legal item with the proper ID they on the countries day of independence they don't have to honor their deals.

This place keeps going downhill. They replaced old carts with some anti-theft carts that randomly lock up while walking around the store. They don't even stop movement, just make a lot of noise and are hard to push. This isn't a bad area and I never saw any carts being stolen and taken out of the parking lot, so replacing them all with crappy anti-theft carts that in a few months are more worn-out than the ones they replaced is annoying. The pharmacy has a ridiculous policy of not refilling prescriptions more than once every 29 days which sounds reasonable but they won't just fill medications on the same day every month, you have to call your doctor and get them to send it in so if the doctor is late or it takes a few days they just reset the timer at that point. I was getting a prescription on the 9th of January but due to this stupid policy I now can not pick up my prescription until the 24th (in only 4 months!). That's 15 days in 5 months without psychiatric medication, and if you get upset with them they just shrug and accuse you of being a drug addict. The store used to be nice and I enjoyed it when I moved to the area but it is poorly managed and keeps getting worse. Wish there was another option besides Walmart nearby.

The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist were rude and very unfriendly. I came in for a simple prescription pickup. The tech and the pharmacist were rude and did not act like they cared at all. The tech seemed very argumentative for no reason. Will not be using this store again.

Thank you for the great customer service given to me today at the Deli. Even though the deli officially opens at 9am a friendly employee help me get what I needed at 8:27am. I had been to the Kroger on Lamar in Arlington (my usual location) at 8am and two employees there took 10 minutes to argue among themselves that the deli now opens and 9 and refused to help me. Thank you Euless Kroger for the fantastic customer service. You are now my usual location!

Store design and selection = 4.5 stars Parking lot design(planning) and upkeep = 2 stars Customer Service (front) = 3 stars Not enough courtesy (baggers) up front at busy times and the ones there are more interested in conversations with checkers than helping customers. Way too many outdated goods on shelf (check pudding dates!) We love the location and selection but only go there is it is middle of day or after 7pm when we can park and find a basket inside.

Everyone here is so friendly. Most of them know me by name and greet me even if they just see me in the store. I won't go anywhere else for my meds unless they are closed!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Had a prescription sent in 2 hours before arriving and then ask why I have to wait longer they said I was not priority. Well my wife is at home hurting but guess that’s not priority to them. Also they had a very rude attitude I will definitely never use them again and I would advise others not to as well. Steven the manager was very arrogant and rude.
