Since the lobby has been closed due to Covid, I dearly miss the friendships I had formed over the years. The drive through folks are very courteous, but the experience is not the same.

I'm going through a tough situation with my mother in a behavioral mental health center and they have been very gracious and helpful with the Power of Attorney I have and helping me get her accounts in order for me. They are very compassionate and kind. Thank you!

Not a very good merge. No debit card.. called customer service to get a new one.. on hold for 50 minutes no answer.. gave up and called the bank for assistance.. they also put you on hold over and over again. Downhill from here. Will be refinancing with another bank in the future.
