Good place, but keep in mind that you can't deposit or withdraw cash at the ATM in this location, which can be inconvenient if you live farther away and/or in the Denton area.
Other than that, no other issues for me as far as I've seen.

Everyone we have ever dealt with at the Flower Mound location has been fantastic. Always friendly and helpful in every way. It is a pleasure to do business there

I would only give half a star if an option. We have been members of AAFCU for years. It has become very sad how the customer service at the Flower Mound location has been. The ladies at the service counters except for one have been absolutely rude. Treating people like second class citizens, down right staring at you and observing your personal banking business when they are not the one helping you. Our primary bank we switched to from AAFCU always greets you with a smile, is happy to help in anyway, never treats you like a second class citizen, never stares and observes you because they do not have anything else to do. Unfortunately we will be moving all of our accounts and business soon. Sad how they have declined in customer service at this branch over the years. There are banks that have more capability, are easier to work with, are more accessible and offer just as good if not better APR rates. There are a few good employees however, not many at all at the Flower Mound location.

AAFCU locations are few and far between, so you don't have much choice as to what branch you use unless you don't mind driving across town(s). Given that, I would still choose this one even if there were more available because the employees here have always provided exceptional customer service.Regardless of which branch you use, AAFCU in general offers far better rates than banks of the "too big to fail" variety for just about everything from interest bearing accounts to loans and credit cards. Also, for certain types of accounts, they will refund ATM fees when you withdraw money from another bank.

Keriellen (loan officer) was wonderful. Very helpful and compassionate. She helped me with an auto loan and made the whole process very easy. 10/10.
