My realtor Shay was great. She helped us find the dream house we all like. She was very knowledgeable about houses, the locations, foundations etc. we came from other state and had very little knowledge about Dallas. She took us and viewed a lot of the houses and got house information. I would like to referral all my friends and friend’s friends to her.

Over the years since 2015 when we first moved to Texas, we have relied on Ebby for all of our home purchases. Kim Mayce helped us find our first home, helped us sell that one and purchase another, and then recently sell that one and purchase yet another. Brenda Rodriguez was phenomenal with our 1st home in Lewisville. Greatest Agent in Texas. We love our new home and have moved from Florida to the Great State!
The Seller’s Agent also with Ebby, Jill Smith on the other hand was far from professional. She became irate by the fact that I wanted to utilize my VA Loan rather than conventional. I have shared her less than admirable thoughts on VA home loans with all my brothers and sisters (Veterans) on our own military social media sites. SHAME on her. Period!

Don't use this firm if you have morals and ethics. This real estate company employs bad realtors with questionable practices. They put their firm at risk and it will be a matter of time before the agents, firm is sued, if they haven't already.
