Customer Service was very helpful when my debit card was denied due to the amount - I was not aware of a pre-determined set limit for debit card transactions. She was very nice, professional and took the necessary action to assist me so the transaction could be completed.

After I received email saying my drafting check ready to pickup ‘I went to branch and spend 2 hours waiting I asked what’s going on they said sorry we just waiting for email from a loan department!!!! so why you sent email saying the check is ready

When I tried to set up my car payments 2-1/2 years ago it took 4 phone calls and I was never able to get it to work. I’ve been doing check images online ever since. I have been filling out my checks identically for the last 2-1/2 years. This month it got rejected for wrong endorsement. I checked my old checks and they were identical. I tried to reach out to the credit union and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I scratched out the endorsement and filed it out the exact same way again and they accepted it after holding it for a few days. No one ever tried to reach out to me and customer service over the phone seems nonexistent.

I've had an account with Texas Trust for nearly 50 years, and in all that time, all the name changes and all the trips to your various locations, the Flower Mound branch is by far the worst. I walked in with only 1 customer in front of me. I didn't get help for 6 songs and 2 commercial breaks on the radio. This, despite the full offices of people who are obviously too good to assist customers who they walked past numerous times and who have waited an extreme amount of time. The leadership of this branch needs to find something else to do because they failed miserably at running your Flower Mound branch

Applied at this bank and honestly the experience was just lacking. I applied early Feb and no one ever reached out to me about my application. I legit had to call them to get the process started. Then the woman who they said will handle my application e-mails me she asked me to send certain documents I sent them I never heard from her again. I called this Monday and another woman tells me oh the woman handling your application isn’t here I’ll have her give you a call. Woman never calls. I even emailed her she never replied. After almost two months I was just like yeah I’m going to cancel. I call and the woman who was handling my application is who I had to cancel with. She didn’t ask why and I didn’t care at that point to even explain or address. Why would I want a bank with such delay and poor communication skills. I’ll pass. Woman’s name was Leigh.

Terrible experience. We banked here for a brief time (3 months).• This bank does CREDIT CHECKS on all new potential customers. I have never heard of such a thing! We were not asking for a loan or a credit card, we simply wanted a basic checking/savings account.• Despite having a stellar credit history, this bank STILL put a 10-DAY HOLD on all money deposits or withdraws. Wow, as you can imagine this was super convenient! What a headache!• This bank is not able to set up business checking accounts. After waiting a week for Rahim to work on the accounts, we had to drive 50 minutes to a specific bank that provided these “special” services. After all that, he was not able to complete the second business account. We tried to tell him that the Secretary of State (SOS) recently updated the format of the Certification of Filing form, but Texas Trust would not accept it. It made no sense to continue banking there after all that.• We love our new bank—no credit checks, no 10-day hold on monies and they quickly understood and accepted the paperwork from the SOS. Our new bank was able to open the business accounts immediately and at the same location! What a concept!Goodbye Texas Trust Credit Union. Our new bank was happy to take our money and work with us.
