Keke went above and beyond with her customer service. She was patience and attentive will still maintaining the store with easy. We had 22 boxes that needed to be shipped for a gender reveal and she did it with no hesitation. She is a superior manager and will definitely recommend this stores services.

No wait when I walked in an Keko was delightful. She asked about my day and was extremely friendly. I love coming to this UPS store. Even when the lines are long, this team is efficient and friendly.

The service is fine, but the time it takes them to get you out the door is horrendous. If there's 5ppl in line ahead of you, expect to spend roughly 3-5min per person. I.e. 15-25min.
The line is nearly always at least 5 ppl long, sometimes out the door.
