Thank you to Kelvin, Zachary, and Zach. Store #11 as an All-Star crew and went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly. I’m a lifelong customer of store number 30 but was on the other side of town and had a notorious treacherous DFW pothole and was in need of a replacement tire that store number 11 had. Great customer service!

Stopped in today to get my tire pressure check due to my light coming on. It was quickly found I have a nail in one tire, and I was asked if I had time for a repair. The 2 gentlemen that helped me were very kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this location!

Came in to make a tire purchase. It was good. The associate taking care of me was able to schedule me the next morning. I paid with my discount tire credit card. The following morning I was reviewing their website & came across a promotion that they have going on which was 5% off your purchase of $599 which I qualified for. I explained to the associate if I would be able to be refunded that 5% because why not, that’s what CC are for (deals & build credit). Anyways, the guy who checked me in said oh yes I’ll have my manager take care of/ look over it and then Artie, jumped in & went on explaining how the promotion discount balance would be deducted from my monthly payments. Which sounded crazy as savings are taken off at checkout & never heard of this from any of my 10 CC (It was my fault I did not mention at the beginning, I know). He then said his co worker was fairly new he didn’t know how it worked but clearly he didn’t know. I had to ask about it 3 times making me feel like damn girl it’s only 5% vs just telling me oh yeah we’ll take care of it for you. I’ll just stick to Euless/Grand Prairie location.. The manager did help & I appreciated that. Labor and tire service was good.
