Management was very unprofessional. No communication, passive, and much micro aggression. Justin, Coby, and Brian have no integrity. Justin is racist according to his Facebook posts. I see why this behavior was exhibited. They lie and play games. I have documentation to prove my statement.

The driver barely knocked and ran before my wife could get to the door cause she had to put down the newborn she literally opened the door and the dude was hopping back in his truck what kind of delivery service says you need a signature then doesn't even give you a chance to come to the door

Top quality service on a regular basis. Anything goes wrong and they bend over backwards to make it right. You rarely get this from a corporation these days!

This facility marked my package delivered. It's still sitting inside their warehouse. I have a security camera at my gate. No one ever came. Saved the footage as evidence. They marked it received at warehouse at 1pm. Then 1pm delivered to my house. You don't just time travel. So they lost my expensive package. Opened a claim and contacted customer service for hours on end trying to have them look for it. They really did not do their job. They just marked it lost and didn't even look. What a shame. Poor customer service. No work ethic here.

I have contacted this fedex hub and the fedex customer service! No one knows anything. Even when the package is in their hub. They really do NOT care and have ask ME to drive almost 2 hours each way to pick up my package!!!! Poor customer service!They could bring it to a local drop - but dont even try!

After almost a week of calling them every day. First they told me that they had attempted delivery of the package 2 time they said they they had already made a delivery. End of the day they lost my package with no word as to where is at. I had to loose time off of work because I had to wait on this package

Like many others...the drivers...don't even come to your home...and marks the items as attempted...over and over and no one ever comes...i waited for 3 days back to back all day...and no one came...but each time they are saying they attempted to deliver...and of course no one takes accountability for the lies, and lack of service being provided ,,,I wish they would go out of business...because the lack of accountability is atrocious

I had a pleasant experience from a top notch delivery service individual Elina. A very careful and caring delivery driver. She careful carried our packages to the front door, which was a long driveway, she did so with alot of care and enthusiasm. This type of customer service needs to be recognized. Thank you fed-ex for hiring this world class customer service representative.

I know we see the tick tocks and all about how bad FedEx is but to be honest they are really bad, it's not that I've gotten a damaged package but they always never bring it to my door anytime a company use use FedEx for my packaging it takes me a minute to find they always take it somewhere else versus my door it won't hurt to knock on the door to see if someone is home and if no one is home then you take it somewhere else don't just take it somewhere else you're lazy... Every single time if I knew my package is coming through FedEx I would have cancelled it.. UPS is not too bad Amazon is pretty good as well. The FedEx you have to call every where to find a package

Fedex used to be great but, sadly, they delivered a precious heirloom to the wrong address. The 1800 number routes to the Philippines and nobody is interested in helping you. I'm so, so sad that this has happened at Fedex. We used to rely on them so heavily. Customer service is now absolutely terrible.
