I have always gotten good service once to the window, but it seems the wait is very long at times...as if they haven't figured out when to have extra people on to provide faster service.

I have been standing here waiting on my friend for more than an hour.
It seems like if anyone needs to do more than cash a check or deposit a check, the associates don't seem to know their jobs too well.
I know it's Friday, but l was here when they opened this morning at 10:00 and it was just as bad.
You couldn't even withdraw any money from the ATM because there was no cash in it.
Beware! This branch of First convince Bank doesn't work so well.

I had tried to exchange $10 of quarters and they refused because I don't have an account with them. I told the teller that money is money so what is the difference? They still refused to do the exchange.

This bank branch is really a disaster, the line is always long, the staff is too slow, apart from being in a bad mood, I wanted to help by giving a good rating but nothing good can really be rescued here if you have the opportunity to go to another branch please do it, the The staff here don't want to work.

Glad they are opened Sundays. The big bright manager called my check fake. Very loudly and rude. I worked for my money! But she said no to cashing my check, once. Very inconvenient. But besides that. Most of the tellers are nice.

They dont even deserve a 1 star review.. The service is the worst at this location. The employees have a horrible attitude towards the customers, IF YOU DONT LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB, DON’T WORK IN ONE , SIMPLE!! .. they take like 30-40mnts in one transaction and to make it worse. They do it with a bad attitude .
