I just want to give my gratitude to My Eye Dr. Not only was our optometrist very kind, thorough & informative, but Amy at the front desk went above and beyond. She noticed my son and I really needing to leave since we had been there longer than anticipated so she stepped up to help us. Not only did she help my son find his first new pair of glasses, but she managed to help me find myself a pair when I really was needing to come back another day.
She was so personable & relatable. She is a very special lady. Thank you for the wonderful experience at your office at 9816 N. Beach St.
We will be returning soon.

Outstanding Customer Service!! Dr. Peterson, Amy, Rebecca & Ant were all instrumental in me deciding to purchase 2 pair of glasses instead of the one pair that I planned to buy. Dr. Peterson is the 1st Optometrist ever to educate me about "computer glasses"!! I truly appreciate her sharing that option with me considering my job require me to look at a computer screen at least 9-10 hours a day. I am looking forward to receiving & using both pair of glasses. It was a pleasure visiting MyEyeDr today. Thank you for everything!😊

The office manager Amy is a maxing and so diligent. I used to go to the office at a different location but this office runs like clock work. Amy updated my profile made sure my insurance was all squared away and she just has a gift for customer service. And I would say the same about everyone that works at that office it goes from front office to the doctor to the assistance.

I have been coming here for over 5 years, and today was not a good visit, receptionist took long to attend me not greeted, I had made a comment that what is the pourpose of a questionare if Dr.s dont read it, then she says you owe 39.95 I said for what, I guess the patients do not get asked if you want the extra check up fpr retenea so feels like a scam, before you use to get a sheet asking if you wanted the service or not now they just slap it on I guess in hopes people just pay it, not good practice, also when I left she made a loud grunting noise when the the lady that checked me out approached her like saying glad she is gone so it was a bad experience after all these years I will just go to the Northlake location, people are nicer there.

As a family we normally go to the Target vision center in Watauga however we had other appointments in the area and decided to use this location to get our eye exam. BAD IDEA. The front desk is misleading on how much you will pay for your visit, the sales people for the frames are the absolute rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. The micro aggressions level 10! They offered to fill our frames for $70!! Walmart is 30!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY Location EVER AGAIN!

I been going to this place for 6 years . Everyone is very welcoming and attentive. I had a great experience with Tony yesterday , he is very knowledgeable and attentive to all the customers and go above and beyond. His customer service is exceptional. Thank you for all you do.

I've had the best experience here at MyEyeDr. today. Amy, Anna, and Tony were so professional, warm, and welcoming. They laid out all my options and went beyond to assist my stepson on finding his new frames. It took them less than 30 minutes and my stepson loves them. Thank you Amy, Anna, and Tony!!!

I visited MyEyeDr for my kid's annual checkup, the outcome of the checkup he has to wear prescription glasses. The optical department mentioned that with my insurance plan, everything was covered (except the protection plan), we bought the economical glasses and two months later received the bill with $399 out of pocket and insurance covers only $349.
Illiterate optical technicians, want to sell by providing misleading information.

As a family, we have used what used to be Heritage Family Eye Care since we moved here in 2015. We were highly impressed with the service and selection. Until it changed to MyEyeDr. Since that change, the service is still kind (the only reason I give it 2 stars), but the quality has gone downhill. Two days this week I spent upwards of 2.5 hours in this office for two appts each day. We were called back 20 min after our appointed time, and then spent an unusual amount of time in the exam room, “thankfully” there was nothing else we needed to do those days. We never see the same doctor twice, even though it is relatively easy to get an appointment, and the selection of frames has dwindled down to almost nothing, especially for the men.
I do believe our time with this establishment has come to an end.

The best eye doctor I've ever went to! Dr. Thompson as well as all the staff were extremely helpful in understanding my eye health and the variety of choices available in eyewear. They had a variety of options to choose from including the tons of glasses on the shelves to re-using my old frames! The staff were very courteous and respectful on the phone and in-person.
I would highly recommend this MyEyeDr on North Beach!

Amazing experience Dr Hoang his assistant and Ms Kasey did an amazing job through the whole visit. Love coming here and their staff so courteous and helpful. I was able to get my glasses for such a wonderful cost and learn about I can keep my old frames that I love . Great experience great service
