I bought a pretty unique vehicles from these guys that I knew may need a few things done to it to pass TX inspection. On the drive home it was found that the battery was no good and it needed some work done to the blinkers. They made no promises to pay for anything but I sent them receipts and they had a check in my mailbox in less then 5 days to pay for the parts and repairs I did. They were very fair on my trade and Steve was great to work with.

PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY ON 07/17/2024. I WAS TOLD BY SONYA THAT THERE IS A LIEN ON THE TITLE AND THEY ARE HAVING A PROBLEM RELEASING THE LIEN, I CAN NOT DRIVE THIS VEHICLE, I CAN NOT SELL THIS VEHICLE, ITS AS GOOD AS A YARD ORNAMENT UNTIL THEY CAN CORRECT THE TITLE ISSUES. I SPOKE WITH SONYA ON 12/02/2024 SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD REACH OUT TO TEXAS BECAUSE THERES A COURT ORDER ON THE TITLE AND SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK. SHE DIDNT..... BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS ISSUES WITH TITLES....

They lied to me when I bought my car. They claimed it hadn't been in any accidents. THEY LIED!!!! My car was a total. The salesman did what he could to cover it up, but the fact remains. The car was a total repaint and had filler. My dream car is nothing but a headache now.

10/10 boutique car dealer! I had an amazing experience with Steve Malley at RLB Sales & Leasing. They had an M3 with 1-owner and proper service history; and because of the insane amount of vehicle photos (even extensive undercarriage pics on a lift), I was comfortable sending payment without seeing it in person. My wife and I flew down to Texas to pick it up, thankfully it was flawless, so we drove it back to Chicago without any issues. Highly recommended!

Buyer beware!Tried to offer me 10k under the trade in value I received from an ACTUAL dealership and the vehicle I was trying to purchase from the wasn’t even on their lot.Very suspect and I would talk to a real dealership before doing business with these people. Richard Smith clearly does not know what he is doing
