My daughter was there about two months ago in preschool, but she had a peeing accident on the first day, and they left her wet all day even though she'd had three changes.
And the other thing I didn't like is that they don't let them drink water. They give them only milk, even though they say that if they don't let them drink, my daughter drinks too much water at home, and the teacher told her she could only drink once and scolded her if she tried more than that. There are children who spend all day there only drinking milk.
But everything else is fine.

Without a Doubt my hat goes off to Mrs Cindy, Mrs Tracie and Mrs Angela. For there above and beyond service they have provided for my son and i!! As a first time dad doing it on my own its easy to let events..special occasions etc slide right past me!! And believe it or not its happens to me more times than not ... but each time without hesitation these ladies stepped in without judging without questioning and helped like Levi was one of there own !! So with that being said i highly recommened this facility.....And truly Thanks Again for being there and guiding Levi through this crazy world we live

I’m very happy with this place! My son has been a spoiled child, and it’s been very hard for him to adapt, but in just three weeks, he already goes into his classroom happily. The teacher is also helping them learn to use the bathroom, and I love that!

Amazing experience with the staff. They're always super friendly, professional, and very helpful to my family. I love the activities that they planned each week for the children. There was never a time when you entered the building and it was chaotic...the children always seemed happy, well-adjusted, busy with fun and educational activities. My child really enjoyed her time there. All my years of rearing children, this has been the best experience I've had with the child care provider.

Can't say enough good things about this center. We toured soooo many centers and found CCY Silver Sage through a referral from our speech therapist and are so so glad we did. One of the things that was very important to me as we were touring was the teachers my little one would be with and they exceeded every expectation. My son started when he was 4 months old and the infant teachers have all been there over 10 years it seemed. There is so little turnover with the staff which makes me trust the admin. Mrs. Rana was so kind every morning and loved my baby for me while I was at work. I loved how flexible they were during the transition to daycare - I was able to come in and nurse him throughout the day in a private room and they welcomed it.
I was nervous when my son left that classroom for the next because I was sure Mrs. Rana was a once in a lifetime teacher but nope - every single teacher has been the best. Our baby adored Ms. Kristine, Ms. Sarbjit, Ms. Susan - the list goes on and on. I recommend this center to everyone because the teachers are just so good and have truly become friends.
I love that they have cameras you can access on your phone to watch your littles throughout the day and the updates you get on your phone as well.
5 stars all around!

Biggest shoutout to Ms T who genuinely cares for the littles. She constantly checks on each and every single child and my son loves her so much. I was anxious about sending my son to daycare but I’m so glad we found such a nice place with a wonderful teacher

My 6 year old son goes to this school for after school care. He loves being here, and he’s made so many friends. The teachers are wonderful, and in my experience, they have been so great with the children. Mrs. Angela, the principal, is so amazing too. She’s very helpful, kind, and she cares about the students that go there. My son gets to learn and he gets to play, so it’s a win-win. I recommend this school for sure.

We have been using children's courtyard on silver sage for 2 years and are so happy with our experience. The manager, Angela, and other admins are helpful and caring. Each teacher our son has had have truly loved him and helped him grow. He's learning something new everyday and loves the extra programs they offer like soccer.

I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about CCY Fossil Creek. They had both of my babies from the time they were 3 months old on, until we needed to move closer to home for my oldest entering kindergarten. The teachers are the absolute best, they cared for my children as if they were their own. The administrators are so personable, easy to talk to and approach about anything. We truly grew to know this crew as if they were part of our family. My kiddos thrived because of them, and I’m forever grateful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best school for their kids!

This location was my favorite daycare of all time. You can tell the teachers really care about the babies and kids that go here. The teachers are amazing and so sweet. I’ve never felt uncomfortable dropping my baby off here. Ms Kristine and Rhana are absolutely the best and I almost cried when I had to leave this daycare because I moved. I highly recommend.

My family and I moved to the area this past summer, and previously, my child was in a really small daycare. I was extremely nervous about sending my child to a bigger facility, but the Children's Courtyard on Silver Sage has really helped us with this transition and I can't imagine my daughter going anywhere else! Even though it's the biggest place my daughter has been to, it doesn't feel like it at all- the place is always clean and they always have something going on for the community to plug in (i.e. Fall Festival, parent's night out, etc). It's very easy to stay in the loop with the Sprout About app and the unlimited access to the cameras in her classroom. They have extra-curricular activities as well that my daughter loves. The teachers are patient and always let me know how she's doing in class, which I really appreciate. I value their communication and look forward to my daughter spending the next few years here!

Avoid if you care about your child safety and don’t want to be disrespected or dismissed as a parent for raising any concerns.Had an issue with another child bruising my daughters nose and scratched her face. Understanding that kids will be kids, I asked simple questions to ensure that the school was not being negligent. After I was told that the assaulting child has aggressive tendencies, I asked to speak to the director, Angela, to see what we can do to better protect our child.Angela basically defended the child behavior citing that he had siblings and it’s normal development mile stone.I asked if they can avoid mixing the 2 kids since he has these tendencies and they weren’t even in the same class. Not only could they not accommodate that request because they didn’t have enough teachers and already had to keep switching her room throughout the day, but Angela, was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful telling us “good luck finding her a bubble” for simply wanting to keep our child safe.

Over the last 6 months, the rates rose to limits that we could no longer afford. Found a new daycare that has provided a better option for our kids at a more affordable rate. We will miss these great teachers: Courtney, Jayden, Rhonda, Morgan, Brandy, Rana, and Sarjeh.

Poor management. A couple good teachers but they never have enough help in the class room. No consistency on communication.

I never write reviews, but for this place I felt like I had to. First off, I should have listened to the many negative online reviews about this place before enrolling my child there. One of the first things I saw was how the teachers drag kids by the arm and force them to sit or take naps. They get visibly frustrated and on camera can be seen forcefully holding kids down against their will. They forced my 2 year old to stay seated at a table for an entire hour. What 2 year old on this planet stays seated in a chair over an hour?! On his last day there my son got so stressed that he started hitting himself, and instead of the teacher stopping him or trying to calm him down, she forced him to stay seated at the table. My son got so desperate that he started scratching his neck in frustration, which he had NEVER done before and has never done since. The teacher did not stop him from hurting himself, and instead just stood there, recorded it on video, and did not even call us to tell us what happened. It was the most ridiculously poor managed situation I have ever encountered from a childcare facility. I don't know how these people are still in business but they deserve to be shut down and I have written a report to the Better Business Bureau. I can only hope they're held accountable for the way they treat the kids. Please KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
