  Have been with SBS from the beginning. Always helpful. In fact I was just in there today. 06/07/25 and gave a compliment to them, because everything was so well organized and the store looked so clean and fresh. Keep up the good work 👏.

  Extremely rude employees, cannot believe the level of disrespect I was met with. Walked out didn’t even want to give them my money. This place needs to be re-staffed immediately.

  Extremely disrespectful it’s obvious these workers are unhappy with their life to be taking it out on customers. My daughter walked in asked a simple question and was met with a disgusting response, I see now by reading other reviews this is an ongoing occurrence. Save yourself the time and order online.

  I have not met a helpful or friendly dispatcher at this location. They all treat you like a nuisance. That's why even if it costs more, I will go further or buy online.

  I went there on a Thursday about 5 minutes before opening. Molly did not open the store until 15 minutes passed time to open. When I finally got in, she just sat in the back office. When I had question(S) she didn't know anything about anything. SHOCKED! I guess I will go back to shopping on-line. The two day wait will be worth it.

  This store consistently has the products I need when many other Sally stores don’t. The manager is very helpful and let me know when she receives deliveries so I know the best time to shop.

  I'm not sure why this place has such awful reviews. I went in to get nail polish and needed help choosing a top coat. Not only did the employee direct me to a well-priced item, she also showed me the sale section in the back with even more nail polish. I had a fine experience here, I think it's worth stopping by.

  The cashier,eliana, was extremely helpful and patient. I was indecisive on what to grab from the store. And finally chose some blonde dye with gloves.

  Ashley was very helpful when i walked in yesterday. She helped me find products for my hair. Which my hair is very finicky. She knew exactly what steps to take. I wish I would have got her to write down the other products I should use next ..
