I rarely write reviews but I had to commend the staff at Battery Plus for fixing my key fob. I will be back to do business with them in the future. They give me hope that great customer service is not a thing of the past.

Buy with confidence with Batteries Plus. I bought a battery online and it was ready for pickup in a matter of minutes. When I got to the store, the team was very friendly and easy to work with. I’ll be shopping here again!

I needed a key fob for my 2020 Ford Ranger and the owner was willing to cut the key even before knowing if the set up for the fob would for sure, not charging me if it didn't work. Now that is the kind of customer service I can be loyal to moving forward.

I visited a store to purchase a battery for my motorcycle. Initially, I found the process of locating the battery I needed to be a breeze. However, when I got home, I realized that I had picked up the wrong battery and proceeded to return it to the store with receipt in hand. Despite the fact that I had never used the battery before, the manager refused to initiate a return. He claimed that the battery was the correct one for my motorcycle, as per the make and model listed in his records. I countered that it was not the type recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer and that the store did not stock the one I actually needed. Furthermore, upon inspecting the instructions manual, I discovered that the battery had a charge capacity of only 75%. After some discussion, the manager eventually acquiesced to my request for a return. However, he claimed that he was unable to repay the $140 I had paid in cash, citing a lack of funds in the store's coffers at that time of day (around 1pm). He offered me store credit instead, but I left the establishment feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the experience. I went to another location and was able to successfully execute a return with no fuss.

Terrible customer service, nice upfront but very passive aggressive when asked questions ( doesn't seem to know much about car batteries so defers questions to google)

Greeted with a smile!! Super amazing customer service. Rodger and Cesar was so nice and Roger explain to me in details about the warranty and gave me coupons for my next visit. This location is super clean and organized. Thank you so much for making my visit great.

Good store, helpful and knowledgeable associates and ample inventory. I did take an auto battery in to replace it and the associate asked me what it came out of and he was somewhat confused when I said a watch, but it worked out OK.

Battery Plus Bulbs has competive prices on automobile batteries. I barely had the online order completed, when I got a call it was ready to pick up. Took in the old battery, and they carried the new one to the car for me. Great experience.

This store in Garland gave me a great experience when replacing my battery. I am completely satisfied with my product, service and installation. I will be a returning customer to this store.
