This has to be the worst GNC franchise store with the worst people running it. They will turn you around if you ask for the price on the website. This store is ran by incompetent people that don’t even know supplements. Really giving GMC a bad name. I would avoid this place if you can. Other franchise stores will work with you but these people will not and are extremely rude.

Was rushing and paid for creatine with Optimum Nutrition. When I left I double checked my receipt to see I was charged over $70! for it ... I checked online and their price was 44.99. I asked the employee who claimed they were the only store in town who special ordered it and thats why its so expensive. This was a lie since i saw the firewheel location had them in stock for same day pick up.... He also took forever and attempted to say he couldn't refund it. He was slow and purposely seemed like to take his time to do the refund when I told him i was in a hurry.

I went in to pick up a couple of items and the person working was just unnecessarily rude. I'm not sure if he was the owner and had to come in due to a short staff, but he should probably just stay behind the scenes going forward and not deal with the public. If a customer comes in and ask if you sell carb blockers, maybe just point them to that section instead of providing your unsolicited advice for them to "just stop eating carbs". I wonder how he would have felt if I told him to put on some deodorant. Thankfully the Vitamin Shoppe had what I needed and great customer service.

I love gnc but this was literally my worst experience as a customer at this location. Store opens at 10am, waited for an associate for 15min. Not only did he arrive late but forgot the store key at home. I didn’t ask for his name but he was an older guy with white hair and beard. I mean we are all humans we make mistakes but come on, you guys are running a business. Let’s be better next time. Plus he didn’t even apologize at all. Anyways I will ever go to this location again.

Worst franchisee location I've ever been to. Extremely over priced, at least a 20% price increase than what's on GNC's website. Although there are multiple signs all over the store that state price match guarantee, they will NOT price match, not even GNC's own website. They had what I wanted, but I left empty handed. On top of that I ordered online to pick up in store to get the price I wanted and they ended up canceling my order without an explanation lolol.. I know why, cause it's a cheap owner.. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Vitamin Shoppe will honor their online prices and also price match. Hell you can probably find what your looking for next door at Kroger cheaper. I will never shop here.

This store is apparently a franchise and is not able to price their products competitively. They do not follow GNC price match guarantee. If you are looking for competitive prices this is not the store for you. Also, get their early. Direk with an “I” will lock the door 5 minutes before closing time.

Did not have what I was looking for.. The clerk told me that what I was looking for was not carried by GNC anymore which I did not believe.. So I called another store to see if they had said item and they did have it.. When I told the clerk I found out they had the product at a different store he started saying that most likely it's old product.. Not helpful and throwing other well stocked GNCs under the bus

The clerk never heard of Acidophilus. Very little selection. They shouldn't bother to have a physical store since everything is only available online.
